I am not in favor of chagning the white paper entirely. Perhaps over time bitcoin may need some upgradtions. Perhaps there will arise issues with scalability but at this moment I won't vote for change of any degree.

STOs might not render ICOs useless. STOs equity based distribution is valid and advantageos but ICOs provides more freedom.

For starters, they have the manual of what not to do, compliments from Tether. This is significantly an advantage if done right I guess. .

If you are in the market to some business your only goal should be to make profit. But that does not mean you have to take iraational decisions or make an unplanned investment. That will make it even worse.

I do not see the reason why anyone can think that ethereum is dead by comparing with the last year price. Last year price was a sudden bubble which eventually burst. Cryptocurrency market is volatile the rise of price still can happen anytime and also upgrades are coming to ethereum will affect the price hopefully in a positive way.

There are a huge number of ICOs that are growing recently. Of course not all of them are legit nor they have the technology. These fake ICOs want to get rich in no time but in the long run they are going to extinct.
