1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NEXT] NEXT.exchange - regulatory compliant hybrid exchange on: April 25, 2019, 02:29:40 PM
Regarding such questions, it's best to send an email to info@next.exchange and our legal will help you.

Why not answer here? I don't ask for help from your legal, I want you to answer this questions here in public.

I'm very interested in your exchange, your blockchain, your masternode, your fiat gateways. it's really great! But I do not know if I have to afraid to lose my possible investment because of failures of regulations in your jurisdictions.

My above questions are easy to answer, just a list and a few yes/no.

Furthermore, it is not only important to master the tech and laws. One third it is just as crucial to be open with the community.

With regulated, by the way, what's meant is exchanges where an authority/accountant is looking into the books.

I understand "to be regulated" as the confirmation that all legal frameworks of finance correspond to your jurisdiction(s). The confirmation ideally comes from a trustworthy auditor. Being "regulated" does not mean that an accountant checks the books!
(or please specify what do you mean with "authority/accountant". I apologize if I misunderstood you!)

Hence my question: since you are registered as B.V in the Netherlands and as LTD in England and Wales, could you please explain which jurisdiction exactly which business activities are subject to the NEXT Exchange? Which companies with which exactly business activities are registered in NL and which in GB? (or especially in Wales?)

Another question: does the NEXT Exchange currently meet all the requirements of the "Autoriteit Financiële Markten" (for the Netherlands) or the Financial Services Authority (for Great Britain) that apply to you? (e.g. Fiat-Deposits, custody, exchange, trading with client funds, tokenisation etc.)

Thanks a lot in advance.

Before you make up your mind about the system, we recommend you to check this out in detail. If you still have any questions, feel free to ask them.

to be honest, I didn't research for your project and only read this announcement. There are some factors that can be understood as red flags.
But after what you've written now, it sounds a little different.
DNS about SmartContracts sounds interesting. I wonder how updates are made, but that's certainly been taken into account.

Maybe my skepticism wasn't justified, although skepticism is always advisable in Crypto.
I wish you much success!

Not another money grab. We are not doing an ICO and are launching tokens directly on the exchange and that too after launching our network. So, if anyone wishes to use the network can buy the coins they need and use it.

We have also checked the other other projects you mentioned and they are focussed on decentralised applications while OpenWeb Network is a decentralised ecosystem for running decentralised websites and rewarding hosts in the native tokens.

Try out our network and we are sure that you will love what we are doing.

sorry for my harsh words but i'm getting aggresive after that lot of shit projects 2018
I do not believe you will gain demand and usage so this most probably will be a money grab, even after exchange listing
without DNS, lol? you run you own kind of dns via static ip addresses? if so: wtf!

major red flag: no information about team
yeah I know coins like grin do that the same way but thats another league

ppl must be warned to be highly suspective!

Scam, they lured investors in with a shilling ICO pool claiming it's a "Seed round" and it turned out to be a  20% bonus with 2 times worse $ lock than public sale. LOL

I guess this guy I'm quotin was kicked out for any reason or bought his remaining Eth at ath or hadn't have new fiat to participate.
This is just guessing. But I know is: he knows nothing and/or is just jealous.

Times to leak pools are over, maybe such persons are perishing in bitcointalk?
Mt. Perelin is one or the best opportunity in crypto at all in these days.
This project is regulated by law. In Switzerland.

Someone may don't like this project for some reasons.
To talk from scam is just stupid, poor, jealous.
