I tried to withdraw about 1BTC two weeks ago, I got a transaction ID after about 1 week, but the transaction ID seems to be invalid and when I check the blockchain of the account I tried to transfer to, the transaction does not show up.

I tried to get in touch with the support and sent 5 mails already with not reply. Does anybody have an idea how to contact the support?

Hi guys, the support team replied after I sent another to or three mails they put the Bitcoin back to my balance. The reason and note from the support team was:

Quote
(...) from the bitcoin wallet I can see that we have submitted the transaction to the network, though it still shows 0 confirmations. This can happen occassionally and may take days to clear.
See this article for details:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=232979.0

Having waited almost two weeks I assume it will never go into the blockchain, so I will credit you the amount into your account. you can then withdraw it again.

I think am going to trade or withdraw soon (I did not decide yet) and will let you know if that was working.
First of all I am happy that the support team answered and that my balance was corrected.

Let me try by daily mails

Kumala is a scammer.

Obviously his lack to explain the losses (not from 2013) from 2014 and his silence are alarming.

The daily BTC volume traded is close to 0. Vircurex is going to die or at least not garner enough customers to pay off their debts/losses via trading fees.

how much you lost? I just think we could not wait for the trading fee, it doesn't work. We need find out the owner and get back coins. I'm in china, if someone can tell me where Kumla is, i will try my best to find out him.

Please cry more. Thanks.  Grin

so?  are you happy?

nice

2 people are happy now about this situation

kumala and a moron like you

you must be proud!!!

Do I condone people getting scammed by others? NO

But do I think it is funny when people who do not do their homework and then send irreversable funds to an exchange where the owner is not well-known and in the limelight for all to see.

You may as well have given $1000+ to a random stranger on the street and said "PLEASE HOLD MY MONEY OKAY? I WILL BE RIGHT BACK TO GET IT IN A FEW WEEKS/MONTHS."

Yes, you're right. But for trading BTC or other coins, most of exchanges are not transparent. There is high risk definitely.

I lost 184LTC in Vircurex, i have tried to send mail to customer service but it was returned. Looks like Vircurex isn't going to response or communicate with your customers.

If the administrator is in Bitcointalk and watching this thread, i would like give some suggestion,

1. You added some new coins trading, but there is no any marketing activities. You should let more people know and come to Vircurex to trade. I don't see any help after you added new coins.
2. Pls use my coins to bet if you really have no confident to continue, the price fall much sine you frozen my coin (100>64RMB), if you sell frozen coins at that time and buy back now, i believe you recover your lost coins.  Please, i don't want you die and lost my coins totally.

1. Purposely raise the price of BTC, attract traders come to Mt.gox and deposit BTC. Market situation: Sell >> buy;
2. Block cash withdrawing, most of traders found it's not easy to get out money even they can sell BTC with higher price.;
3. Some of traders will buy back BTC, sell == buy, price was going stable and higher than other exchange markets;
4. Mt.gox sold customer's 40,000 BTC, and block withdrawing BTC;
5. The price of BTC dropped accordingly
6. Mt.gox to open cash withdrawing and continue to block BTC withdrawing, traders will trend to sell BTC by lower price and get cash back;
7. Mt.gox will buy back 40,000 BTC to balance account

It's not surprised to see announcement tomorrow: BTC withdrawing will continue stopped but cash withdrawing will be quickly and smoothly

It's step 6 & 7 now,

"the MtGox team has been working hard to address an issue with the way that bitcoin withdrawals are processed. By "bitcoin withdrawal" we are referring to transactions from a MtGox bitcoin wallet to an external bitcoin address. Bitcoin transactions to any MtGox bitcoin address, and currency withdrawals (Yen, Euro, etc) are not affected by this issue"

withdraws are open.
So MtGox  back to "normal"

Now we must just wait for settle the whole mess.

Yes, right
