1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]**** NEW THEKEV VERTMINER ****Ultimate Vertminer guide for Windows**** on: March 30, 2014, 02:15:20 AM
I think it could be that its a bran new GPU just 1 day old and is still braking in. Or its this crappy BTC MOBO that will not run with the 2 power molex connecters connected from the mobo to the power supply. It shorts out and will not run when connected. This is the second one in a row that is doing this...

THANKS<! those are damn good #'res
Right out of the gate on rig 3 GPU 0, hashes @ 341.8 kh/s soled and GPU 1, Hashes 310.6 kh/s solid no up or down!!!! Smiley

Why would there be a 30 hash difference?

Is anyone out there willing to please help my out? Smiley It was so hard getting CGminer going and now it seems like its a replay.......Sad This thread was very helpful in getting the program running the only thing that took time to figure out was how to get more then 1 GPU to run. it was ether not clear in the very good instruction or I totally missed it do to my lack of experience.
The best I can get is 260 to 274kh/s on 3 rigs that all get a solid 750 per gpu. I just got 0.5.3 running and I'm having trouble getting up to hash ( hopping for 325 maybe 350k per card)

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ### C-NOTE - The Coin With An Auction ### on: March 26, 2014, 07:10:02 PM
Hello, could I get some help PLEASE?Huh
I'm new to Quarks C-note mining and have only been GPU mining for 1.5 months now. I have 2.3 rigs running so far @ over 8.25 average MH/s. Now that I have installed C-note my combined MH/s has dropped to under 7.5MH/s. (My R9280X's were running a strong 750kh/s per card and now have dropper under 700kh/s)
It appears that I am solo mining. Over the weekend to my surprise earned my first 100 c-notes.  I joined www.mine-pool.net and have no clue how this works compared to CGminer.Huh
I cant find instructions on configuring C-NOTES wallet to mine in a pool and dedicate my cores.

I have AMD A6-640K BLK ED and cant figure out how to get one of the cores to be dedicated to my gpu's?

I bought 10 new r9 280x amd's 720kh/s
i just copped this off there page
./cgminer --scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://doge.coinpool.de:1005 -u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password

Ok so can you show me how that would look with the rest of that code?
I have seen videos on you tube and they do not star out like the code i posted.

Dont buy 10 cards if you never mined before dude... maybe you should try 2 first... check everything out... make yourselve at home in cryptoworld... learn stuff... etc. etc.

and off all the coins out there you mine doge... Cheesy

cgminer will not run. I pops open for one second and nothing.

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
C:\coinpool\cgminer-3.7.2-windows\cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://doge.coinpool.de:1005 -u nrigger.nrigger2 -p (xpass wordx) --thread-concurrency 11200 -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --auto-fan --gpu-memclock 1500,1500 --gpu-engine 1020,1020 --gpu-powertune -20,-20 --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --no-submit-stale

i got this from a friend and it was set up for teamdoge and there sight is messed up and i cant enter my pay out address so every where it said teamdoge i replaced it with coinpool.

last night I down loaded Dogecoin GUI Miner - 64bit & 32bit– from http://www.reviewoutlaw.com/how-to-mine-dogecoins-dogecoin-review-doge-coin-profitable-altcoin/ .

I did my first mining Smiley (short lived) 1/3rd the power 200/300kh/s per card and it only ran when i sat there and moved the mouse. It was almost imposable to delete the program. I then went through there...

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / dogecoin wallets? Do I need one on each rig? on: February 12, 2014, 07:04:05 PM
I loaded dogecoin wallet on my none mining PC and it updated or synchronized. I am building my first two rigs with 5 R9 280's that have not run yet. They are hooked up with 1 card running and on line. all night teamdoge has been down. So Im having to try this set up on my own. (in over my....) I re downloaded the dogecoin wallet on my rig-1 and it is not sinking? I should not that the dogecoin wallet on my none mining PC is still synchronizing......

I'm sorry, new here and looking for some help on mining Doge and buying bitcoins. I have been researching bit and litecoin for over a month now. I'm almost ready to buy a Neptune and or Alpha's Viper with reservations on shelling out that kind of money and waiting for an unproven products.... So I set out to build a litecoin rig with 3 9790's to start. A very nice and helpful sales guy @ micro center sold me on a rig using 5 R9-280x's producing 3600 Khash. His guarantee is that on the low end it will generate $45 of dogecoins and more likely $60 a day then buy bitcoins with the Dge"s. I  have no idea how that will work.... When I went to http://www.coinwarz.com to calculate 3600 to 7200 Khash $21,9 @ 7200 and $10,1 @3600 khash (year) witch is a major disappointment. I was expecting around $43,8 with the 3600kh/s. Can I get help on what I may have done wrong on my calculations or am I just way off on my expectations?
