I had exactly the same issue... I bought €200 worth of ETH from an exchange and Livecoin refuses to credit the amount in any kind of way since it was sent through an "internal transfer" procedure.
They are not willing to solve this in any kind of way.
But they did find a way to move the amount received to their own internal wallet a few hours later.
They definately scammed me!
