I want to build something. And i want to cooperate open source with professionals around the world to determine the best possible design (that will reside in the public domain). I want to secure the detailed design documentation and communications via blockchain. I'll leave it at that.

p.s. i'm doing this to thrash out the feasibility of the concept with those familiar with the blockchain science.
