Ethereum is not scammed maybe some people was misinterpret this coin due to some problems encountered of this altcoin in the market.

I think the best altcoin this year is ethereum. There are many investors in ethereum. It caught the attention of many people and regain its trust. Also bitcoin because it is still the number one.

I think Neo, like most of the top 10 cryptos are a good bet. When china finishes with its ICO regulation you see more growth, i believe Neo currently has 6 new ICOs in development. This year feels like the more trusted Big/Mid caps will do very well.

scams are not new also we all know that if it has currency or value many of people will criticize them.
