Its refreshing to see the Credits community with a dev that takes suggestions and to see the honesty in here after Edgecoin turned out to be a giant scam. Credits is the good guy in all this and we really need to work in getting it some attention. I really think getting added to Cryptsy will boost the hell out of this but everything needs to be in order first.

I have contacted the domain. I would encourage anyone else to do the same. Im not sure they are legally allowed to dismiss such information to the general public but its worth a try.

Lets make sure we follow where the transactions lead.
In my head I knew something wasn't right. The way a lot of questions were danced around and more of a focus was placed on investing as opposed to development.

So when the final client is released and mining starts what will be the best miner to use? I doubt the client will support GPU mining. I haven't ventured into X11 yet and im unsure what to use. Like other algo's will it just be an altered cgminer?

Since this is X11 could you give a guide on setting up an appropriate miner as im sure a few people will be pissed when they try running cgminer on launch and realizing it wont work. Thanks.

You guys should keep a 4chan thread alive. I know a few people might stumble upon it and it will keep the momentum running. 

Definitely need more media attention before the launch. I like the idea of a beta wallet for testing.
As someone else has said a countdown timer (maybe itsalmo.st) would be convenient.
It seems most people walk away from new coins now the second there is a mention of a fork, bug or relaunch so a lot of testing is crucial.

I have to say I have a good feeling about Edgecoin.

Just one small error. The installer makes duplicate folders, one with an uninstaller and one with the launcher on the start menu (atleast on windows 7 x64).
Oh and a copy of the archive in program files.

Maybe I should of phrased that better, I meant a large portion of it. I have donated a fair bit personally and I cant complain since I am also using your pool. What im really getting at is something should be done about the information page as the pool section has huge links to home based pools with no one in them. It doesn't really scream confidence for new visitors.

On another note the market seems to be getting much better.

Why dont we set a time and date that we can all agree on to switch over to one of the dev pools. Whats really stopping us switching over is the lack of blocks we will find going solo.
Unless we could convince amDOGE to become a donor since she basically has all the hashrate.

Would we be able to change the windows client over to an installer? This would make it a lot easier for the less savvy, Possibly with an auto update prompt (possibly a first for crypto's) and maybe even a startup wizard with a guide on setting up/encrypting the wallet. Surely this would not be too hard to implement.

The hashrate appears to be rising after the announcement. Things are looking up. Whats next in terms of development? In terms of having Credits accepeted for major sites/services, is it too early to start marketing?

Could we possibly consider decreasing the rising block reward at four weeks? It is a fair amount of time in the world of crypto currency. It seems like adequate time to get potential users on board and deter miners from turning away. Investors may be afraid of the value dropping off as time passes.
