Is there any automatic overheating protection on these?
When you say it should be able to test ~40C, do you mean it should be able to run at 40C? and has this been confirmed or possibly increased?
I am planning on running these where it gets to 38~39C ambient
thx
those temps are very cool. I run mine at 49c all day long and they don't even produce much heatWhen you say it should be able to test ~40C, do you mean it should be able to run at 40C? and has this been confirmed or possibly increased?

My AntMiners run between +46-53'C non-overclocked. So your temperatures are just fine.
Are you guys sure these are ambient temps not chip temps (temperature of the room or rather garage in my case)
I just wanted to be sure.
I'm also trying to work out all the bugs/issues ahead of time as it will be running in a remote location.
My parent's electricity is about 1/2 the cost of mine so they are letting me run my miners there as long as I pay for the electricity the miners use.
