Thats way too much rake for a new poker site. Not going to take a stab at this place..
Indeed, I played a few rounds and won several hands. On ACR or Ignition, I'd have been in profit. But I actually managed to lose money to the rake here. It's considerably higher than anywhere I've seen. That's going to seriously hurt their ability to attract nitty regulars to fill up the tables. The days of the poker boom are over.... these guys should make more of an effort to build player liquidity. Do they have a program for prop players? If not, they should consider one. I'm a fan of the software, though. Very slick. Exactly what I wrote but they are conveniently skipping it. The rake is insane, 5x higher even than Stars. Rake cap is over $30 converted. It's not very slick, it's very sick and I will not play a hand there until they make it normal. Sounds like the house rake to me. Rake is The profit a poker room makes off of every cash/bitcoin pot. This is something that is done in all casinos/poker rooms and is how the company, not exclusively makes money. The size of the rake a poker room takes should be a small percentage of whatever the pot is, usually excluding micro stakes. 5 chips seems high, what kind of game were you playing? Yes it should be the house rake, 5% is a standard rake on poker game imho as it might be higher than that (up to 10%). This is how the house make profit, poker sites wont be survived if they have no rakes. The more active players on the ring games, the more profit a poker site gets. We collect a constant rate of 4% for all types of ring games. This rake from the pot never exceeds 5000 chips (0.005 BTC). We have "No Flop No Drop" rule, which means no rake is collected on hands that don't make it to the flop. |

Yeah it is kind of misleading.. You have a "chance" to win a part of 0.006 BTC but you have to find 15 other people at the same time that are willing to register and play the freeroll.. It's been discussed previously. Perhaps this is a problem right now, but in the future, when the situation improves, users will understand the true meaning of this decision. |

Sounds very nice to be able to play poker using bitcoins. I've registered on the website (username Chris314, if there's still a giveaway), but it's not easy to play on mobile device as the table is very small. Is there a way to display it bigger, without menus around? My device screen is 5,5 inch, not that small for a mobile phone.

Operators behaving unethically is a pretty strong poison. You offered a promotion and then seized chips from the accounts of people who legitimately participated in it. There's not really any way to doublespeak around that. And even if 99% of users were abusing the promo, that doesn't justify seizing chips from the 1% of legitimate users. I don't want to damage any part of the fragile BTC poker ecosystem, but you clearly shouldn't be running a site and holding people's money until you have a better ethical framework for it. The rules were enforced for all people.You don't know about abusive users so you are not in a position to judge and comment Your ability to do more? Firstly, you can decide to promote your site anyway you like, ie, you don’t have to give free money or freerolls. But if someone wins, you can’t take it off of their account. Stick to your promo!
Secondly, your thread on bitcointalk should be used as a platform to hear your players, and hear about their experience. You can’t bash people here, not professional.

Dear eking657 Criticism makes progress but some type of people just want to give negative energy and they only intend to destroy. why? because they don't have courage or ability to do some positive things, so im speak with those type of persons directly. A lot of people spend time to play and grow chips and withdrawal also they are happy and play again. so its not problem , the problem is that change make way hard for cheaters and liars |

Would love to participate in tournament but there is nobody online. Once I actually sign into but missed the start  I believe demand for poker games is high and OP just needs to increase the marketing to attract more users (some sorf of twitter, fb or w/e campaign). this main problem of most poker website but we find the perfect solution, very soon you can find player in any time on the site. |

is there any specific active period where you can find like 5 players or so ??
also why don't you add some sit n goes for the site , 6 and 9 players SNGs are hard to run but at least you can add some hyper turbo heads up and these probably can run easy
I dont think there is a specific time when you can find some active players, the site is still in very low traffic imho. You need to make an appointment with other player to online at the same time. Otherwise, it will be just wasting time for you to keep checking the site to find active players. this main problem of most poker website but we find the perfect solution, very soon you can find player in any time on the site. |

I had about 1000 chips when I quit playing. but the next time I logged in, I only had 400 chips.
