This is quite similar to the guy last month that was selling a plot of land in Aus, but this inspired me to see if there would be interest for me to trade in some of my property in return for a further investment into BTC, so here it goes.

Ive got two top class apartments on Koh Samil, Thailand, both 2 beds and hoping to get 2.5k btc for both, though would consider selling individually. Total 2.5k.

Again I would sooner not get caught by Google Indexing and so can send details etc no problem by PM.

The apartments are located on a hill side with great views of the sea and neighboring island Koh Phangnan (full moon party), in a gated private complex of other apartments, with private security, good management company, restaurant, spa onsite etc. The complex is high end and won property awards, opened in 2011 at some point and would say the other owners are the high roller, jet set lifestyle types.

Apartments are as follows:
1) swimming pool with sea views, terrace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, aircon (single level), separate WC
2) swimming pool with sea views, terrace and balcony, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, aircon, duplex apartment (2 levels), separate WC

Sure a simple google search will show what people want from Koh Samui if you’ve not been before, it’s a great island with international airport, plenty to do for all ages….really. 

As with the guy in Aus, im not really sure how the legal side of things would go, but would assume a contract would be agreed on BTC with would be signed over and sent/received at the same time.

Theres no loans on the property, and they are on separate long lease basis of 90 years.
