Very strange. I would say contact them again. They also sometimes read this forum. BTW: I now got back all of my funds. The Euro withdrawal only took 1 day from their mail that they'd sent the funds until me receiving the funds.

i have +500 btc there and still received nothing at all Wow ok, that's something else. But why on earth would you ever leave 500 BTC at a small exchange like Juscoin?! I think the orderbook depth above of below market price has never even been more than 100 BTC so what's the use of even trying to sell 500 BTC there? The withdrawals that I did came out of a 100BTC (maybe 250 BTC?) wallet so maybe it takes a while to gather all the coins for a single withdrawal that large. Did you also park EUR/USD/NOK there? Please let us know if/when you get the funds.

He's scamming the big guys, anyone with less than 100$ invested "can withdraw", most of the people I know still have problems with their withdrawals..
Well, I don't know about that. I'm not defending them or anything, just posting my experiences so anyone else who's in doubt or afraid can at least find a thread of other people's findings. The amount of money involved in my case is a lot more than $100. Unfortunately when I now login I get the message 'The user is suspended. Contact support' so I can't post a screenshot of all withdrawals. Instead this list just of e-mails to show what went through after their shutdown-email: * 2014/10/29 11:07 Your request to withdraw 0.1xxx BTC has been completed. Note that I did this withdrawal 18 hours prior to the actual transfer of the funds. * 2014/10/29 13:50 Your request to withdraw 3.xxx BTC has been completed. This and the following withdrawals went through within an hour or so.* 2014/10/29 14:02 Your request to withdraw 0.2xxx BTC has been completed. * 2014/10/29 19:41 Your request to withdraw 0.9xxx BTC has been completed. * 2014/10/30 11:50 Your request to withdraw 1xxx EUR has been completed. This means that we've queued the transfer with our bank. A fee was deducted to cover our banking costs. Those were all my funds that were there and that I acquired by trading just until the very end. So my balance is 0 (and probably therefore my account is suspended). I will let it know when the Euro withdrawal is received. I think that between all this something else is going on, for example that there is some kind of announced audit because they filed for bankruptcy or something. I don't know but maybe there is a reason for them to clear out the exchange as soon as possible. Still I am satisfied that, up until now, it looks like my funds are not goxxed. EDIT: I didn't use Stellar or Ripple just BTC/EUR so about that or the hack/implementation error I can't comment. EDIT 2: 2014/10/31: Euro withdrawal received. So I received back all of the funds that were there.

I also had this on one of my withdrawals although the address was valid. I don't know why it happened but when I tried again, the withdrawal was processed within 15 minutes (though this was during the day).
I have kept on trading the whole day until the exchange closed down the trading engine at 17:00 CET and all 7 withdrawals that I did yesterday and today (eventually) went through. So I wouldn't say they are scamming. I'm quite happy with they way they handled the situation and bear in mind that it takes a lot of cold storage BTC to get all user withdrawals off to the appropriate user. As far as I can tell now, their administration is just fine and nothing compared to how Gox handled their case.
For me I am now only waiting for a Euro withdrawal that I entered today, but that obviously takes a couple of days.

A couple of withdrawals went OK for me too. Now waiting for the last ones (BTC and EUR). Trading has now been suspended, the 'buy' and 'sell' button give an error about that. I picked up my things and left... Too bad, it was nice to trade there every now and then. I think I am actually the last one that had an order fulfilled there just before closing at 17:00 CET. At least for me it was a bit fortunate because someone sold me 0.25 BTC for 150 Euro's which is about half the going price. Well every downside has its upside I guess. My thanks goes out to the exchange owners for running things relatively smoothly, a bit more communication and some 'guarantees' that funds are safe here and there would have been nice, but at least there were some posts on Reddit and here. Maybe in the future they can team up with Lemon Way and start the exchange again. Or just move to a less BTC-hostile country . Now awaiting my final funds...

For all you out there in doubt: although many wild stories go around, I can confirm that my withdrawals are now being picked up. It took 17 hours (probably because their hot wallet was empty yesterday) but for now I like to believe that all information about the banking problems is genuine and that we are not being goxxed. Edit: Oh nice, my 2 withdrawals now give 'Failed: invalid address' . I copy-pasted the address from my home wallet so how can this be Edit 2: Tried again with different address, now it went through (within 10 minutes so that's great)!

I also think there should be a bit more info on all that's going on. I have a lot of funds over there but withdrawing takes an hour now and their mail says it can take up to 24 hours. That is very unfortunate because I think that withdrawing BTC shouldn't be that hard at all. I also tried to cancel a withdrawal but now that withdrawal is in the state 'cancelling'. So it won't be withdrawn but I cannot access the funds on the site either to do some last minute trading with it.
Quite frustrating and I hope that for the time being they try to handle this as quickly as possible.
Also: why don't they switch over to a 3rd party for payments like 'Lemon Way'. Lemon Way is used by the Paymium and the Clevercoin exchange.

Just for anyone who's Googling this.
I finally dared to try and it worked out well. I made a Euro withdrawal at September 12th (that's before the weekend) and it arrived at my bank account at September 17th. DO note that there is a minimum of 100 Euro fee on withdrawals or 1%, so that only compensates to 1% when you withdraw 10.000 Euro. Just use the template that is on the withdraw page of BTC-e, fill in the fields and post it in the text field.

BTC deposits are not coming through (again). Anyone else? My previous depost was confirming until about 11 confirmations before being 'success' and my current deposit is at 5 but does not even show in the deposit window. edit: out of the blue; there the deposit is, confirmed and everything .

Ok thanks for clearing this up!

So there is no specific advantage this miner is exploiting to create 25 BTC each time it finds a block? It seems so strange to me that this single address so often finds a block (what are the odds) but always without transactions.
|
|
|
I've been looking at blockchain.info for a while and I already saw it happening twice that a block was confirmed with only a single transaction inside. The first time I saw this, I found it very odd that someone was so lucky to find a block so soon that there weren't any transactions done in the meantime. But now I saw it happening again and I clicked on the block for some more information.
It was block #294422 and it still seems odd to me. In fact there were no transactions done in the block but only 25 BTC credited to the miner (I guess) which has address 1K7znxRfkS8R1hcmyMvHDum1hAQreS4VQ4. Looking into this address, the blockchain tells me that this address might not be trustworthy as it has double spends. When I look into the transactions I see that this address quite often receives 25 BTC, apparently for finding new blocks.
Is this a coincidence? Did someone create a client that can actually take part and at the same time not take part to the network by finding blocks without any transactions and thus creating coins for themselves?!
Could someone explain this? Could this be a bug or exploit?
Edit: something else; block 294421 was found 47 minutes ago, 294422 was found 22 minutes ago, 294423 found 27 minutes ago and 294424 26 minutes ago. Why is this 1 transaction block 'younger' than the 2 blocks that have a higher ID?

Update: we believe the issue with stuck bitcoin, litecoin, and dogecoin transactions has been resolved, but please let us know if you still have a problem.
For me it is fixed (LTC and BTC). Thanks A bitcoin withdrawal initiated at 04-04-14 19:02:49 +0000 i.e. about 33 minutes ago remains in state "Sent" in Kraken's withdrawal page (in contrast to all the others that say "Success", and the transaction does not appear on blockchain.info. Should I be concerned? I see blockchain.info lagging behind very often. You can also check http://www.blockr.io for block confirmations. It's a nice alternative.

Ok, I made a ticket. I guess their support will fix it ASAP as they just started the day (it's 9:36 PST). Would be nice to have it fixed before the weekend or I need some BTC rehab .

Anyone else having problems with BTC deposits? I made 2 deposits today, but thus far both are 'confirming' although there are 27 confirmation for the first and 8 for the second deposit, funds should be added after 6. I can make a ticket, but maybe posting here is faster . Edit: same is happening on LTC deposits...

btsake - tier 4 is available for private accounts, so you can go up a tier. And this might be the best option depending on your funding needs. If you go over your deposit limit, this isn't something that's going to release automatically. We understand that this in an inconvenience, but there wouldn't be much point in having limits in the first place if is wasn't very inconvenient to break them. Someone has replied to your ticket and we'll work on getting this sorted out as soon as possible.
Thanks, I see that the ticket is being reviewed by 'Dylan' from Kraken support. I guess you are right about the limits and that ignoring them would be pointless , but due to circumstances beyond my control (the speed of the SEPA deposits and the process of 'importing' them into your system) they somehow all got processed on the same day. It would be a nice feature to have an 'unhold funds' button or something that pops up as soon as there is room in the account (it is below the limit) to actually store the funds that are on hold. I think it could also be an automatic option for the system; not by ignoring the limits, but by checking once every 24 hours if there is room to unhold funds that were waiting (as is the case here). About tier 4; the requirements list all kind of business like forms (trade register extract, certificate of incorporation) so that made me think it was for businesses only. I see now that for Tier 4 I can contact support, so maybe that is the best thing to do for me then. I would never hit the limits on the 'admiral' tier but when deposits or withdrawal would collide, it will keep me out of trouble . Thanks so far!

@Dargo. I have a question regarding deposits that are on hold.
I made 3 separate Euro deposits on 2 different dates but they were all processed by the Kraken system on the same day (last friday, just before the weekend). Because of that, I probably exceeded my daily deposit limit and one of the deposits went 'on hold'. My daily deposit limit has been $20.000 again since Saturday but the deposit it still on hold. I would assume that as soon as there is 'room' in the account to credit the deposit, that this would automatically take place, but that doesn't seem to be the case. if this doesn't happen automatically, it would be very inconvenient for you and me (or any other customer) if it needs to create a ticket to release funds that are on hold.
The FAQ only tells me that I could apply for a higher tier, but I already have the highest private tier.
Can you (or anyone else) tell if there is a system for releasing funds that are on hold? I create a ticket about this by the way and the ticket number is 22592.
