these guys are definitely scammers.
i have used their card services for almost a year with their parent company spectrocoin.com
everything was fine until yesterday.
they stopped crediting btc deposits and still will not credit a 1 btc deposit which currently has over 200+ confirmations.
they claim that they have not received it.
so it looks, walks and quacks like a duck.....
they laid the net for over a year, then started accepting eth, then launched an ico which has zero value for token holders and then also stopped crediting btc deposits to wallets.
i hope some of you see this and bump it up if you have been scammed too so nobody else loses their coin.

This is a heads up for Bitpay account holders in Mexico and other countries outside the USA.
I have been waiting a week now to receive a direct deposit of 50,000 MXN (about $4,000 USD) from Bitpay.
The funds were deducted from my Bitpay account last Wednesday yet the deposit never arrived in my bank account the following day, nor did they arrive the day after that.
On Monday February 10th, 2014 I emailed Bitpay and they said their bank forgot to make the direct deposit.
Later Monday evening they admitted their bank is no longer making international wire transfers.
This is totally understandable as many USA banks were announcing in December of 2014 that they would no longer allow outgoing international wire transfers after a certain date yet I find it very hard to believe a company like Bitpay would be the last to know about this or be at all surprised about it.
What is shocking is that Bitpay has really bungled their handling of this.
I have been waiting for 6 full days now to receive my deposit. When Bitpay told me their bank was haggling with them about making future international wire transfers I asked Bitpay to just cancel the wire transfer and refund me the BTC to my bitcoin account.
Sadly, they started dragging their heels and stopped replying to my emails which makes me think they are not telling the whole truth of the matter.
I am posting this so any international Bitpay account holders may be spared some of the anxiety and suffering I have been enduring from this fiasco.
Be advised if you are a Bitpay international client: They are not completing international wire transfers currently and the worst part about this is that if your funds are deducted from your Bitpay account awaiting direct deposit, they will just be lost in limbo. They don't even bother replying when you ask them to just cancel the direct deposit and simply refund your BTC.
Support did reply to me after 24 hours more or less but they just made a vague promise that they would have this worked out this week, yet they still do not reply to requests to cancel the transfer and refund the BTC.
My advice to any who have funds in Bitpay that they really need is to make sure your settlements are set to 100% BTC so your funds don't get lost in direct deposit hell.

On February 5th, 2014 Bitpay deducted over 50,000 MXN from my account (around $4,000 USD) to be deposited to my bank in Mexico by EFT (Wire transfer).
As of today, the wire transfer has neither been initiated or completed.
Bitpay told me last night that there was an issue with their bank no longer being able to make international wire transfers.
Since I have already been waiting 6 days, I asked Bitpay to just refund my BTC. This request appears to have fallen on deaf ears as they abruptly stopped replying to my requests after this.
Just letting everyone know something is not right here. Bitpay says they settle everyday but this has not been my experience.
For the past couple of months there have been numerous reports from various USA banks stating after a certain date they would no longer allow outgoing international wire transfers. This is front page global news so it is both shocking and somewhat hard to believe that this has apparently caught Bitpay by surprise. If what they are saying is true, then they are the only people who did not know about these new laws and they were not prepared at all to deal with them going into effect.
Even more distressing is that Bitpay clearly has no plan in place to return one's BTC promptly if they are unable to complete a wire transfer. I have been waiting 6 days and now they don't even reply to me.
If any of you receive international wire transfers from Bitpay be advised that they are not making the wire transfers and the worst part is that after they deduct the funds from your Bitpay account to make the wire transfer, your money is just lost or in limbo as they are not acting quickly to rectify the situation by returning your BTC if requested.
It may be a good idea for international Bitpay accounts to make sure your settlement settings are for 100% to go to your Bitcoin account to check and see if they actually are still at least paying that out daily as advertised.
