Yes, you will be able to mine on Windows but only with CPUs.

I have managed to go through https://blog.aeternity.com/tutorial-mining-ae-on-ubuntu-18-04-f4d1f908b0fd - mining with CPU, excellent manual.

What I need to do to mine with Cuda (1070Ti, 1080Ti etc..)? Could you please paste link(s) to some sort of manual?
