I used a windows install to see what infections I could pick up. Registered with bit faucet. 1/2hr later attacks from various IP's mainly 91.213.175.240 + 8.15.246.44

are you talking about this http://freebitcoins.appspot.com/recent_sends ?

Yes.. See how they list all the IP's?
Perfect for port attacks + sniffing as you know the IP will have a coin client + wallet.. Shocked

The way I look at it. The Spy/Mal/Trojan/Virus will be looking for wallet.dat..

Just go to the bitcoin folder in userdata and rename it to roger.dat
Cut and paste to any folder you want..
Open the client again and a new wallet is created.
Rename roger back to wallet when you want to use it.
Rename dummy wallet1 etc and back again.

Leaving the dummy wallet is just a reward if there's an attack (once wallet found it leaves)

Hi all, I've been watching the progress of BC for the last month or so.
I, like many have found it hard to get them in the UK without jumping through the banking hoops.
Luckily someone trusted me enough to sell via PayPal..

Anyway.. I know the guy who owns netcash.is..
This site is dormant at the moment because a dispute with the directors.
Would this be a viable option for people if I contact him about it?
