CryptoMixer dot com? I don't think they own this website. Take a look at the title of the topic: CryptoMixer dot IO.

The .com website has a different address from the real one (.io), at the bottom of their page:

That .com should probs be added to the phishing list.

You should have checked the letter before sending the coins, then. Its purpose is for you to verify you can actually accuse them if anything goes wrong.

I doubt they would randomly generate invalid letters to random customers when someone could be verifying every single one of them (as they should), which would unmask their "scam".
