1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Conclusions on anon coins RZR DRK CLOAK on: July 21, 2014, 05:29:20 AM
Hey
I was researching a couple of these anon coins and realized there probably some people that invested a lot more time in them then i have, so was wondering if anyone wants to share their conclusions?
So if you want conclude your efforts on a few anon coins that you spent your valuable time on i would love to hear about them. Some you favourites and why.

Razor -Based on a proven reliable SCRYPT Algorithm, 75 second block generation seems pretty good Smiley Seems to be first to run through TOR, And i looked at bitcoin and through bitcoin block explorer you can see the location of every transaction, which i am bit of a privacy fan, not for anything to hide i just don't like having my every move tracked. I would like to see all wallets open into independent VPN at least so i do hope razor gets a little of time of day to note to Dev's that be nice if all were in a VPN which hides originating IP's.

Darkcoin -  x11 Algorithm (ASIC resistant) X11 coins do seem to be working well, I do like the Darksend idea how Nodes Pool multiple transactions together then breakdown and sent in divided transactions to the recipient. It seems good stable and well backed and i hope it does become the new 2nd coin of choice.

Although i like the inbuilt trading system with the Cloakcoin wallet so can trade for BTC or vis versa direct from wallet and cloak sent i believe be much like darksend but routed through exchanges as opposed to Masternodes seems like can be to few exchanges and im sure it will take 1 court ruling for allowing of government to have monitoring in place at exchange level.

I think be nice Dark adopted a lot of the features of other coins reason i say dark as it is cruising quite strong on coin market cap. Smiley

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vault of Satoshi asks What Coins Do You Want to See? on: March 20, 2014, 04:30:30 AM

Definetly Darkcoin it has a community and looking into making the transaction anonymous and anonymity is the reason we started using Bitcoin in the first place
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Favourite Altcoin & Why? on: March 05, 2014, 07:29:49 AM
QRK - Looks most promising and has great community
LTC - Giving me the chump change to play the market

Might start looking into Dark Coin, i like the idea of having anonymity in transaction tracking

hear a lot about NMC. might start looking into them
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your top 5 alt coins, in order? on: February 14, 2014, 06:42:34 AM
1. Quark ( Definetly the most promising coin, Has most development done to it and 30 second transactions )
2. Litecoin ( Main mine at moment )
3. Bitcoin (Original and strong)
4. Netcoin (looks kinda ok. still iffy)
5. Astrocoin (looking into the pump of this coin)

although only 3 that im mainly following but here is 5 Smiley
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Poll) What is the next altcoin that will succeed? on: February 14, 2014, 04:16:04 AM
I think Quark should succeed to bitcoin because 30 second transaction multiple encryptions and so far what i can tell its the only one that's not a copy n paste of SCRYPT Coin. So its logically the best designed coin out there.

But Netcoin seem to have got some good votes be good to get in on the startwave of that pump. so might start looking into that.

Litecoin i think will always be bitcoins little brother. So Bitcoin falls Litecoin will follow.

But interested to see what people think this far.
