Tested Faucet just right now, works well. Issues can arise because of the internet connection you have. We have high-quality software which runs the site so in most cases it's an issue on a client side.

Is this site still alive? No updates/news from OP of big winnings like what OP done in the past.
Oops, OP is not active anymore here, last active 27th March.

Hey Panjul.

We're working in usual tempo. See new players daily on the site. All good. Meanwhile working on re-design, if everything is OK it'll be done next month.

Hi , i play dicecoin.io but withdraw is pending  Sad

It happens, so don't be alerted. Btw it's paid already.

We have daily user limits for all withdrawals. It works for us right now, giving great security in the most important aspect - our user's money. Think about car keys. If it's not annoying to carry them all the time, the lock could freeze at a winter time, etc. But they do their job great; that's why we all use them.

Can you prove that the withdrawal was cancelled? There is no option to cancel withdrawals, unless it was manual, can you provide proof? Seems very very fishy to me.

Please go to dicecoin.io, deposit BTC, create a withdrawal request. Then you'll see how you cancel the pending withdrawal.

From your first post about this user's winning, it is clear that he has withdrew 25+btc with 23+btc profit and balance show 0. It means that he cashed out all his money (profit + deposit).
His latest stats https://dicecoin.io/user/stats/Aluzon , he is not in 4btc profit but only 2.xxbtc profit.
The main question is how could his withdrawal amount is changed from 25+btc to 4+btc, where is the 20+btc gone since he only made 2btc deposit once.

Aha, thanks for the explanation. Answering right away.

Q: How it happened that Aluzon had 25 BTC withdrawn some time ago, and now his account shows that only 4 BTC was withdrawn?
A: Let me draw a timeline for better understanding:
1) He created the withdrawal request for 25 BTC. It reflected in his profile immediately by showing 25 BTC in "Withdrawals" field.
3) Then he decided to cancel the withdrawal. At that point "Withdrawals" field should be showing 0.
4) Then he played and decided to withdraw 4 BTC, which he did. It made 4 BTC to be displayed in "Withdrawals".

Withdrawals (in a profile) = Pending withdrawals amount + Withdrawn amount.
Ah I see. So he hasn't withdrawn his profit that he made?

Exactly. He decided to continue playing. He left the table with 112% deposit to profit ratio which is nice, indeed.

Hi, all.

I'm not quite sure what is wrong with the Aluzon profile. When I go by the posted links, I can see our welcoming pop-up and a chopped off piece of the profile. Please elaborate on what is wrong with it.

Let me give some comments on the 25 BTC Profit made by Aluzon. He is a new member, definitely a pro, go-getter type. I mean, make 25 BTC out of 2 BTC in just 68 bets is truly awesome. He deposited only 2 BTC. Playing a risky game but succeed. See his bets through the admin panel but I'm sure that list them publicly is wrong, without having a resolution from Aluzon. The guy kept playing and lost a lot, but still ended in the profit of 4 BTC.

Great player. With all respect to Aluzon, he wasn't beating around the bush. Veni, vidi, vici!

Hi lstyle90, your withdrawal is paid already.

We have great news to share today.
Aluzon just made 25BTC out of 2BTC he deposited.
The incredible part of the story is that he made only 68 bets!

Aluzon you rock!

02/21/16 18:56:21   -3.741 BTC   Withdraw   —   Pending manual review (Cancel) How much do i have to wait? i need to know please! Smiley i hope i didn't got scammed..

Hi lstyle90. No one was scammed here ever  Smiley It's possible that the sum will be paid today, but most likely - tomorrow.

Based on your FAQ page, withdrawal less than 5BTC will be right away (1sec-few hours) or in other words "automatic withdraw". But in this case, his withdrawal seems took  around a day to be paid.
You need to process it as what written in your FAQ page IMHO, but if you process all withdrawals manually so you need to re-write/edit your FAQ page.

Fair enough. We've added security layer on top of existing structure. It was planned as an occasional event, but it still does a good job for us. We'll discuss our plans shortly, maybe it'll lead to some changes in FAQ.

I sent these guys an email when my withdrawal was pending again and was expecting it to be resolved overnight. It was not, so now I'm still waiting. Withdrew over 1 million doge. I would LOVE to get that.

Hi, DrogansonAlt your withdrawal is pending for review. Everything is under control  Cool

I love this Game (Dicecoin.io) provably fair dice game.. and the game with 98% chance of win is amazing. I've never played dice game with these percent of winning chance. This will be more interesting and the faucet also great. Basically we do not need to make deposit we can play with faucet's balance..which is what I always look for....

Thanks cluit! On one side of spectrum we have 98%, on other 1% and 0.1% of win chance. The last two are really rare. However, it's for a player to choose a strategy. Faucet ninjas absolutely love 0.1%  Grin

It's quiet a need and it will be done, but we don't have everything prepared yet.
Well, you only need enough bankroll reserved for advertising, which you seem to have, a signature campaign manager and an escrow. Doesn't have to be pre-planned.
What other types of promos on Bitcointalk are resonating with you?
Well no offense, and its possibly only my opinion, but as you guys don't have many high rollers I tend to get the feeling that you are quite low on site bankroll. A highroller competition might be good.

You never get enough highrollers. The idea with competition looks good for me. Thanks Mickeyb!

You guys probably have been asked this question , quite a many time by now, but are you planning on opening a signature campaign?
