I need some opinions and advise.

I invest before months ago in a project with the name Docademic and now changes to Doc.com.
I believe in that project so i decide to invest long term. The ico starts under 2c and jumps to 0.40 in few months.
Now the price is 0.02 for several reasons. Like most of the altcoins right now. The project is not scam . Is already 
works , all latin american except brazil and now in Florida , the target is to join in every country in the world. Is 24 hours telemedicine
healthcare, have 24 hours doctors , have other app with psychology and in one month they will launch 24 hours healthcare  for pets Veterinary services.
All that free. you can talk 2 times per month with a doctor free. Is already working so i dont need anyone tell me that might be scam or anything.
They will make there own blockchain in January. Other icos will join under this blockchain, they have agreement already with 5 new multi billion and multi million companies that they use blockchain for there companies under doc.com blockchain. The revenue of the Doc.com is by selling the anonymous patient
data , healthcare industry is large so we are talking for multi billion market . They already makes aggreements with company who sell data of 12 billion per year.  They will use a marketplace for pharmaceutical products because they can give prescription to patient and save them much money ,i know that in us you visit the doctor and you pay 100 dollars and he give you prescription for take pills like panadol or any other pill, lot of children's visit a doctor sometimes without reason and they pay 100 dollars for things that is not so serious , for pets also and much more.If is something serious and you must need a doctor they will send you to a local doctor of your area.Is working basically something like emergency cases.I believe the most use of that will be the app for the pets , lot of people care more about there pets than them. They will make a button that the user can pay with fiat money and the button directly can buy the coin from the exchange , so the user who dont know about cryptos dont need to buy the coin from the exchange, this is the most important thing. That service is already working, the app with the psychology have 50.000 users right now and the last 10.000 is from the last 72 hours.
Is growing very fast. Is from the most coins that really have use in the market outside.I dont know many coins that really work in the market right now.

How much market cap needs to hit the price of $1?
Can the use of the mtc in the app change the price of 0.02 and rise the price without waiting a bull run? im not expert on that but i dont understand how one company start work in the market and the price follow other coins that dont even have any use in the market. The Doc.com just start so i know that this things takes time to grow But is any chance in the future the price of the coin to depends on coin usage in the market and not from the total market cap? Is any chance the company to be successful but the price stay at 0.02?

 Sorry for my bad English. Im not trying to promote the Doc.com but im trying to understand the marker better.
