Here are the unconfirmed transactions.

Looks like you are trying to send very small amounts with no fee.
You may have to wait.

Include a small fee when transferring less than 0,01 BTC to speed up transaction confirmation.

I checked https://blockchain.info/address/1MJ7U8rd8fofjJ66rWKPjxc1htfZcFknCC but my transaction is not in the list.
I paid 0.0001 BTC as fee for all the transactions.

I have one transaction without confirmations since 10.2.2014
Using Bitcoin-Qt newest version.
I'm also trying to find out that are these funds lost or is there a way to get them back

Please leave the transaction details.

If these transactions are not confirmed, you have just to rescan the blockchain to add again bitcoins to your wallet.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I tried RESCAN by this command:
Code:
bitcoin-qt.exe -rescan

but nothing happened. All the transaction are still unconfirmed.

Any suggestion...

I am not sure about the other ones, but I looked at your first transaction:
0.029btc from 17zsynejVZjGrSW8tdAmUaCXQRResbfHTB

It is confirmed on the blockchain with a different txid, seems like the recent "Transaction Malleability" issue:

Yes, your are right about the first one but it is not the case about the other transactions.
So Blockchain confirms the first transaction was successfully but on my wallet it is still unconfirmed !!!
