Note:
a). The lower, upper hashrates are based on the single A2 chip's hashrate 1.6Mhs, 1.9Mhs. And 1 module contains 8 A2 chips. The real hashrate is close to upper hashrate.
b) The exchange rate is $420/bitcoin. It will be adjusted weekly. If there is 30% change in the price of bitcoin, we reserve our right to adjust the bitcoin payment at that time.
c) We reserve the right to temporarily change the price, also we have the right for the explanation of the price specification.
Could you please clarify the pricing a little bit. The price of each additional module between 1 and 4 seems to be $1500, but then 5th and 6th modules add $2000 each - why is that? Let me take a look and talk with the company team. |

4 modules $8000
A few questions: 1) Confirm that the 1 or 4 module offerings can be upgraded to the full 6 modules with the addition of hashing boards, and that other than the fewer hash boards there is no difference 2) Further confirm that the power supply on the 1 or 4 module offerings would be sufficient to power the full 6 modules if added later 3) Confirm that you plan to offer hash boards individually as upgrades after the initial system orders are filled and provide estimated pricing for such upgrade modules (remember, KNC played the upgrade trick and then never offered price competitive upgrades so it would be helpful to get a commitment from you). Presumably pricing for 4 modules would be less than for a 4 module system .. how much less based on current pricing? 4) If miner is not shipped by 5/10, will you refund the 10% deposit? 5) When you call for payment of the other 90%, will the units be shipped next day after payment in full? 6) Is the firmware root accessible? E.g., can I log in/SSH as root to be able to tweak and upgrade the miner software or is it locked? 1. Yes. 2. Currently 6 modules wall energy consumption is 650w. So a single 750w power supply can handle all. 3. This is not issue. Only problem is that we have orders of 6 modules, 5 modules will fill out first. 4. Of course. 5. Yes. 6. Of course, you can tweak cgminer but firmware of MCU is very techincal work. |

It is exactly as you see in video but 4 modules.
Hashrate I'd definitely 57m (1.8m per chip), but can go higher at 60m(1.9m per chip).
Single chip is 10w, we only measured the wall at 650w for 6 modules.

Get in ASAP is the only way then or not ?
It's hard to say how heavy the impact will be. I don't know what percentage of the network hashrate is in China...but you can bet that a lot of those GPU farms are going to be switching over ASAP. So we'll lose some GPU hashrate, but we'll gain MORE in ASIC hashrate. There's only so much hardware they can reasonably produce in a given timeframe, though...so I'd expect a big initial "pop" in difficulty and then some slowing over time, until the other hardware makers get theirs into circulation. Once the other major players are in the game, it'll be the Bitcoin story all over again. The question is, does the difficulty go up high enough to make the KNCMiner solution a less profitable use of $10,000 when it launches? It's a substantially higher amount of hashrate, but it's really hard to say what the difficulty will be when it releases. They've given themselves until the end of September by saying "Q2/Q3" so who knows? Alpha Technology still insists they're on target for July release, so that's a couple of months worth of difficulty increases...but they still need to address the competition with their plans regarding hashrate. You are absolutely right about Scrypt to be like SHA256. I'm just looking at it this way. If history repeat itself then we can say that KNC sha256 miners released in Oct/Nov made ROI and earned some coins for their owners. Ant's from Bitmain were not that good as KNC was. Now we have this 64mh/s or 75mh/s miner coming out and it might be the same scenario. Who ever gets in first will get something out of it by the time KNC starts shipping their miners. My 2 issues are: 1,This is going to be first batch of these miners so there are going to be issues (100% confident about this) 2, Pre-order (Get in stock and then start selling) If you paid for KNC, then you are toasted. KNC miners shipped in OCT/NOV. I don't do pre orders. Did you read my post or my english is that bad ? lol I mean KNC scrypt miner. |

Good deal IF and only IF you can ship it within two days like bitmain s1  Unfortunately no company dared to repeat bitmain's in-stock model, even bitmain is lowering their level a bit to their competitors standard with s2 preorder model. If i recall correctly you were the company who tried to sell for 6000 us$ back then when everyone offered 4000$  We are NOT require prepay for orders. Currently the chips will arrive before May 1 (which is a Chinese national holiday) and we probably need few days (4-5days) to have everything ready. So if you are interested, just put your desired quantity and contact info with us. You can either pay for ship or come to our factory to pay and pick up. No more pre-order shit. |

Our system did go 75M on 1.9M per chip.
It is expensive but better than Bitcoin miner on return and cheaper than GPU.

Hey, I don't mean to poop on the party but: KnC is selling the mini Titan (150 Mh/s) for $5.5k or 300 Mh/s for $10k.
$12.5k for 75 Mh/s? Assuming a one month head start is worth about 10 BTC, you guys are still betting that your technical + business rep is better than KnC's?
This is a second reason that my idea of a 1 module machine with out a psu would sell. I would spend 2.5 k maybe even 3k for a 15m machine that had no psu and 4 empty slots for expansion. I can mine ahead of the curve and if I desire add modules one at a time. The builder has an easier item to ship safely yeah same size but mostly empty inside fill it with safety packing. you the owner adds a psu and you the owner can decide the correct time to upgrade. A gridseed blade is around 1500 and 5m. so a 15m machine at 2.5 to 3k delivered working by may 5-8 is far better. I realize the builder needs a price point to make money. We all would buy this at 100 bucks and the builder would go broke. So somewhere in the 2.5 to 3.5k price range there is a good number for the buyer and the seller. as the buyer you can adjust to the price of the gear dropping. I have 30 5 chip gridseeds. first one I purchased was 350 usd. the last 5 I purchased were 102 each. I could do the same with a machine with space for 5 modules. Buy high and as price drops add one or two modules at a time. Also i avoid too much watt use in the summer coming up. 1 module is around 180 watts. I can do $3500 with a system with 1 module, 5 umpty slots for upgrade. |

A2 chip is come from same family of A1 chip. It will start mining at May, and I don't know KNC can come out at end of Jun. So 2 months head start and with the numbers out, KNC system will do nada at that time. |
