I would suggest to let participants to post authentication in the thread (or any proof that they're the one who filled up the form), as anyone can fill up the form and use anyone's username (profile) to claim the $10.
BC.GAME says rewards will be sent via PM, meaning anybody registering using another person's username will lose out on the rewards... And like you pointed out, threat of abuse exists as this is open to all as new accounts can be created just to try and claim rewards several times. Users will receive a $10 claimable bonus code with no wager requirements in their Bitcointalk PMs once we've reached 100 eligible responses.

What happened::I was a high roller on BC.Game with over 130 million USD wagered. See screenshot below for proof. The nightmare started around two and a half weeks ago when my host informed me not to play too much 1.01x on their originals. This was a strange request to begin with as 1.01x is allowed to be chosen as a multiplier on their own built-in games, so no one would think that playing too much of it would cause a problem. Nonetheless, I agreed to the demand and asked my host what I could play; she said anything over 1.01x is fine. So over the next week, I played a mixture of 1.03-1.05x, 1.1x, 1.3x and 1.5x. However, the next Friday my host informed me again that their risk department were not happy with my wagers and decided to cancel my weekly and monthly bonuses, which would have amounted to around $100k USD. Keep in mind this is AFTER I asked them what I could play and only played what they said were okay. My host also informed me that I would still be able to receive my recharges (which is a bonus in the form of daily or hourly reloads) and did not give any clear instructions on what I could or could not play in the future to keep getting my bonuses. A day later, I found out my withdrawals were locked and was asked by support to complete advanced KYC. I completed it quickly within a few hours but was then told to send an email containing some basic information like my email, IP address, etc that they wanted to "verify as a normal part of their KYC process" (looking back, this was clearly a lie and an excuse). I was told the KYC would be completed within 72 hours and I would be able to withdraw again. I continued to claim my reloads during this time while not being able to withdraw. 72 hours later, I still wasn't able to withdraw and was told to wait more. I patiently waited another 3 days, and not only did my withdrawals not get unlocked, I was no longer able to login, with the message "Account Verification Required" displayed whenever I tried to login. At this time, I had around $100k accumulated in my balance from my reloads that I wasn't able to withdraw and an additional $40-50k in reloads that I have yet to and won't be able to claim because they locked my login. It has now been 11 days since my withdrawals have been locked and 5 days since I haven't been able to login. My host and their support have started to respond less and less, and I just simply get told to wait more each time with no resolution in sight. It seems from my perspective that I wagered too much and BC.Game just didn't want to pay out large bonuses and found excuses to lock my account. We also offer Lucky Spin rewards, where players can win these mNFTs as part of their bonuses, available daily and upon leveling up. The user in question received numerous AZUKI mNFT rewards and predominantly used them for consistent low-odds wagers, primarily in the range of 1.01–1.05x. While such wagering patterns might not raise concerns in small volumes, in this case, over 99.9% of the user's gameplay followed this pattern, essentially bypassing traditional gambling. It's crucial to mention that the wager rewards are provided in BCD, which is paired with USDT. The extensive wagering with AZUKI translated to over $550,000 in earned bonuses. However, the primary reason for confiscating the user's funds was the discovery of an error in our AZUKI price listing. We had mistakenly listed it 3.2 times higher than its actual value, resulting in us awarding the user 3.2 times more rewards than they should have received. The user was well aware of this discrepancy and continued wagering with AZUKI solely to accumulate BCD bonuses. The player could not lose here and was essentially printing money. In summary, this is a clear instance of bonus abuse, and consequently, we confiscated the remaining balance in the player's account. It's worth noting that the user has already profited significantly from their actions, amassing multiple six figures of profit that have been withdrawn. It is surprising that they are attempting to raise additional claims on third-party platforms like BCT, with crucial information omitted. As of now, the user's account has been fully reinstated and can be used in the usual manner. |

Our deposit modal has not had that bonus line since the most recent update. It's possible that you were loading a cached version of the page. If you clear your cache and clean your cookies, it should show the updated version. |

So, the recent update at BC GAME. They will force you to take the deposit bonus, there is no option to cancel it. Once your deposit is bigger than 30$ it will instantly lock you with a 40x wager on slots or 120x on house games or 800x on live dealer. Because I didn't want the deposit bonus I chose to make 2 x under 30$ deposits and play without rules. I made 57.5$ and tried to withdraw. Keep in mind they added a new system that says you must wager your deposit 1x - okay, understandable anti-money laundering right? But I had wagered my deposit around 10x at the point of withdraw request and the system still says I can't withdraw. So about after 30 minutes waiting for a support answer they tell me to wait 2 hours for the wager to be updated. Can't get more predatory than this, looool?! I wait about 30 more minutes. So here's where I lose my patience and just play a bit, after losing a bit was down to 40$. Decided to do an all in buy for 40$. Thank fuck I have everything on recording, they would try to deny everything otherwise. What they would usually do on a case like this is to say the buy was 0x and tell you to piss off. You can clearly see that after I bought the bonus I had an instant error and the free spins never played out. Try proving that without a recording. Dear OP. It's unfortunate that you didn't get to watch the result of the bonus play out. Win or lose, seeing it happen is a big part of the experience. We aren't in control of the performance of third party games but a report has been sent to the game provider along with your screen capture. Seeing as how your balance was updated from 0.09 to 0.11 shows that your bonus buy was not profitable. Furthermore, the small win that that you can see on payline #8 where you hit three 10's would only credit to your balance upon completion of the game round. Croco is a small game development studio and they are very receptive of criticism so I am sure they will be looking into if this is a common bug or a one off glitch. That being said, we aim to provide a high quality igaming experience. This is very hard to believe as I can see that we have zero open tickets from the time of and before your comment. Can you please DM me your userID and I can double check. From what I gathered here, someone accessed your account and withdrew your funds. If that is the case, then there is nothing we can do as crypto transactions are immutable. This type of issue can be easily avoided by simply activating 2FA on your account. Unless there is more to your story, I don't see how this is a valid scam accusation. Please use 2FA in the future. |

I can say there was a clear violation of the sportsbook ToU made by the OP but after many conversations with the third-party risk management team, we decided not to comply with their decision and fixed the situation at our own expense. In the future, I hope the OP will read the terms of the sites he is using before making these types of accusations.
If there was a clear violation term of usage, there is no reason to pay players who violated the conditions. I assume you have paid this user; as you said, you guys fixed the situation at your own expense. The community cannot force you to pay someone who violates the rules. If a player does not accept the rules, he should not play on that platform. For clarity, can you at least reveal whether this user gets paid? Sometimes accusers leave the thread silently, and the community never knows what happened. Let's say he was paid, but the thread remains unsolved. Opposite is possible as well. The violation was not of our terms and conditions. This decision was made by a third party risk management team. We ultimately decided that we don't always agree with other platforms terms of use. Since a player was affected by this through our platform, we felt it was the right thing to do. We are able to learn and change so this type of situation will not happen again. |

This is really a long-standing case, as the OP was some time ago in June. The Op was online just a few hours ago. I hope he is able to get the PM sent to him and find it within himself to update the thread, if he finds your judgment favorable to him. Or probably the thread could be reported over to the moderator's to lock to avoid spamming on it, but that would appear to be unfair as the Op's confirmation might be needed before things could be completely wrapped up. This may seem like a long running case to you but you have to consider that players typically only resort to posting in forums after their issue has already been decided and they have been given an explanation by the CS, many times. Then, after spamming the support and support stops responding... then they find other avenues. So when we respond to these accusations here, they are already closed cases. Nobody ever comes here first. In this case, being a sportsbook issue, the decision was never made by BCGame. As with most sports books, there is a third-party risk management team that is very thorough and can stop players from betting across a wide array of platforms if they find a violation of ToU. The fact that this ban and freezing of funds happened externally from our company, we had to wait in queue for answers just like everyone else. Although I can't go into detail, I can say there was a clear violation of the sportsbook ToU made by the OP but after many conversations with the third-party risk management team, we decided not to comply with their decision and fixed the situation at our own expense. No. Your supports are damn very slow. BC did so many maintenances lately, it caused deposit and withdraw pending. This is a common occurrence on any platform that manages blockchain transactions and runs multiple nodes. Updates are a necessary part of this. It is not unique to our casino or any casino. Any business or platform in any industry will experience the same thing. We always give announcements and notifications well in advance that an update is coming and how long the downtime will be and exactly which chains will be affected. Then we often send out a bonus to those that were affected by it. |
