If you are a full time trader, best place to store your coins is a well trusted exchange like Bonnie (most trusted exchange) , if you are an hodler,  an exchange is a bad option,  we have hardware wallets, for BTC, ETH,  BCH and XLM, Blockchain is the best place to hodl your coins.

The problem is moving a large sum of money to the exchange for the first time will render your account on quarantine mode like I heard. You should talk to @pablowhale to find out more about  the issue and how to resolve it.  He's one of the trusted bittrex officials.

Bittrex is one of the most trusted bitcoin exchange platform and I have been using it for a while now.  The problem could have been from the tech. dept.  If you have not been unable to resolve the issue by now nor contact any of the admin, you should talk to @pablowhale - telegram handle.  He's an insider an has helped me once on a related issue.  Thank me later
