Just wanted to point out Ultrain's impressive design philosophy and approach that's capable of resolving for the main concerns faced by both miners and developers.

As the article has summarized, the concerns faced by developers are
1) dilution of computing power, 2)Volatility of token price, 3) Liquidity of mining rigs,

and for the developers they are facing 1) high cost of operation and 2) cost management issue.

Ultrain's design incorporated upfront payment stacking approach and a guarantee rate of return for mining rigs to reduces miner's concern. While offering packaged deal solution to reduce the cost for developers. I personally think those approaches are gonna solve some of the major issues we oftenly see with the major platforms

Came across this project back in late July or Early Aug. They released their prototype consensus performance back then, what grasp my attention at the time was their TPS, 3000 TPS on AWS seemed good and realistic; unlike chains that promise millions and millions of TPS....... Came cross a youtube review on Ultrain early last week, stating that they have reached 20K TPS, don't know if that number has being confirmed officially or not.

Anyway, looked into their consensus, its breakthrough compare to your POW,POS and DPOS system, but frankly quite similar to Algorand; Speaking of which, i don't get their whole idea of ALTRUISM network........... In contrast, Ultrain redistribute their revenue back to the miners. SO miners ACTUALLY CARE and would like to get their slice of the pie. Overall, this Ultrain thing looks promising to me.
