What i mean was that, the 5wire parallel usb3.0 labeled cable looks the same as the 9wire parallel, because the end male connectors are the same (usb3 type), so if you check visually, it really looks the same. The difference was the wire connectivity inside.

So to verify, it needs to be checked by multimeter's continuity

this will be useful if somebody want to change the cable

Confirmed by checking visually or using multitester continuity?
The 5wire parallel looks the same as the 9wire parallel, needed to check the continuity to verify.

I found 2 types of USB3.0 A to A cables.

One is 5 wire in parallel , 4 USB2.0 + the drain(USB3.0, serves as gnd)
Second is 9 wire in parallel according to the USB3.0 pinout specifications here: http://www.interfacebus.com/usb-cable-diagram-30.html.

Can you confirm if it uses 5wire or 9wire parallel?

5 wire parallel is easy to get if needed.

Can i used any standard USB3 A to A cable on this risers?
