This would definitely be a red flag for me.

Even when the ICO team is listed, it doesn't guarantee a project is legit.  You should always be vigilant and do some extra research before committing.

In addition to the community manager position, i was also going to recommend looking for project manager/coordinator positions.

There's a wide range of project manager positions and some of them do require solid technical background, but solid people skills are also key.  The role usually requires that you interact with a lot of different people, keep things organized and have strong communication skills.
