1  Economy / Gambling / Re: MavenBets doesn't process my withdraw since December, beware!! on: February 09, 2019, 04:10:36 PM
This is the first time I see some of a good site losing their track just because of something really small here? Does not make any sense why they are doing this thing. From a glimpse, they are having this site quite good to roll and after I read a few comments and they started to have so many troubles already which stop my decision to make a deposit
Good decision, don't get yourself scammed because OPs case is still unresolved until now.
They cannot resolve a small problem so they are just starting their business to scam, and I know not all are aware of this
but hopefully with this community we can help them to be aware of the site status.

So this has not been resolved up until now? At least, we know that MavenBets site is to be treated differently. Include that in your list of scammer sites.

I hope more people will learn about how they do business so they will not get anymore gamblers on board.

No this has not been resolved, but the door for that stays open like I mentioned before. It's not too late :-)

Dear people from Bitcointalk,

I'm new to Bitcointalk, so if I accidentally break some rules or make any mistakes here I apologize.

So I placed a withdraw on MavenBets (https://mavenbets.com) on the 22nd of December last year, and it's been in a pending state ever since.

I asked for support in chat, I was unable to use their supportchat on the website since I got the error ''Please update profile'' and I was unable to find out how my profile could be updated. I filled in their contact form and posted in their Bitcointalk topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5067865.msg48990068#msg48990068). No response anywhere, and my withdraw continues to stay unprocessed. I provided screenshot. (https://imgur.com/YFXMlm7)

Thank you for reading!

The first thing I'm wondering why have you played at a new dice site whereas there are other reputed dice sites.
It is not that marvenbets offered some kind of unique game(s) and you need to try it out. Is it like that?

You made the mistake and now you can consider you have paid the fee for that lesson.

To the ''Is it like that?'' Question, actually yes. I have gained this money from faucet. Even though not getting paid out money from faucet isn't as bad or the same as having deposited there, scam is scam and not processing withdraw is not processing withdraw. But if you're asking if I actually got a free try at their site not risking any money to place this withdraw from, yes I did. Don't get me wrong though, I have also had to pay the fee of depositing somewhere and getting scammed at some point. The scammer was a teacher and I paid the don't-get-scammed class.

I no longer expect a response on the scam accusation topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5102670

But I want to leave the door open for a change. You know how much money you can make running a successful gamblingsite? I gave you bad trust and reported your site on https://www.badbitcoin.org, but I don't think that at all needs to mean the end of your business.

If you at any time make the decision to process my withdraw after all, bad trust will be replaced with good trust and a transaction ID of the withdraw will be posted on all topics related to confirm and verify the fact that you would have paid. Also badbitcoin.org would be requested to remove the site.

I advice you to do the right thing for your business, and for logic's sake with such a significance in difference in money to be made in the approach with your business.

I hope the best for you and no hard feelings,

Make love, not war! <3 :-)

I think this case is a lost cause/closed case and I no longer expect to get my money and/or to get a response from MavenBets.com on any of the related topics. I have proceeded to give bad trust and will report their site on https://www.badbitcoin.org but also want to say that if MavenBets.com decides at any point to process my withdraw after all, bad trust will be replaced with good trust and a transaction ID of the withdraw will be posted on all topics related to confirm and verify the fact that they would have paid. Also badbitcoin.org would be requested to remove the site.

Thank you for the help of everybody involved, and make love, not war! <3 :-)

Don't you hate it when owners of gambling sites do this, totally ruins the online gambling experience for players. I'm thinking of creating a "wall of shame" on our site. Who can send me a list of Bitcoin gambling sites which committed fraud?

we certainly hate it
there are several specialized sites that monitor scam sites, you can go to this one for example:
https://www.badbitcoin.org/
the best thing is that you can leave a report and after they check it, the site in question is added to the list
granted, I would not take it as the final criteria to judge if the site is a scam or not , but they are pretty good at marking them shrewd scammers straight away

I had completely forgotten about the badbitcoin site! Thank you for reminding me. I think this case is a lost cause/closed case and I no longer expect to get my money and/or to get a response from MavenBets.com on any of the related topics. I will proceed to give bad trust, but also want to say that if MavenBets.com decides at any point to process my withdraw after all, bad trust will be replaced with good trust and a transaction ID of the withdraw will be posted on all topics to confirm and verify the fact that they would pay. Also badbitcoin site would be requested to remove the site.

Thank you for the help of everybody involved, and make love, not war! <3 :-)

A domain created on 14/08/2018 and started their business from then. What would you expect from them?
Why do you go with some reputation less sites and risk your money?

I am guessing that you are never gonna get the money. Sorry to hear the lose my friend.

People make mistakes. That's why there is a scam accusation board on this forum. Gladly it's just a small amount, but good enough to warn other players.

And after opening this thread, the admin or whoever manages their thread on this forum has *finally* replied to OP:
