2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VX Coin | ViteX - Powered by Vite on: September 18, 2019, 06:00:17 PM
Based on the articles that I saw before, VX coin will be used as a tool to determine the dividend right? can you tell me the detail of the dividend itself and how much we will get?
or do you have a tool to calculate the dividend that I will get if I am holding a certain number of VX?
I am quite interested in it but I do not know where should I start, there are so many articles to read if I want to start it from the beginning.

Yes. VX holders get daily dividend which consists of both trading and listing fees accumulated by the exchange.

The actual dividend is released at the rate of 1% of the daily total dividend. So you can expect to receive your day 1 dividend in full by day 100 and so on.

There is no calculator for dividend since it will totally depend on the activity on the exchange for that particular day. You can visit ViteX.net and see the mining dashboard on the homepage which will give you some idea of what to expect.

I think the most relevant articles that you can read about VX mining are these:

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / VX Coin | ViteX - Powered by Vite on: September 18, 2019, 05:40:44 PM
Hi guys,

Wanted to introduce you to the ViteX exchange coin, VX. It is a no pre-mine coin that is currently being mined (in a sense) on the exchange. I believe Vite is one of the most exciting projects out there and ViteX is a dex with a bright future.

Some facts about $VX:

100 Million supply

No pre-mine

Holders get daily dividends from a shared pool which aggregates both trading and listing fees accumulated by #ViteX

VX mining daily breakdown:

60% for Trading, Referring and Listing (15% each for $BTC, $ETH, $VITE and $USDT Markets)

20% for Staking

10% for Market-Making

10% for Vite Labs Team

Trading as Mining:

Has the most allocation at 60%. Trading activity will contribute the biggest portion to daily VX mining.

Eligible pairs: grin/btc, eth/btc, vite/btc, vite/eth, grin/eth, grin/vite, eth/usdt, btc/usdt and vite/usdt

Each market receives 15% equally.

Referring as Mining:

Invite traders using your referral code. Invitees enjoy a 10% discount on trading fees on #ViteX. 5% of an invitee’s trading fees count toward the inviter’s “trading as mining” reward calculation. $vx

Listing as Mining:

An issuer must pay 10K $VITE to open a trading pair on ViteX. 5K VITE is burned and the other 5K VITE goes into the shared dividend pool.

The token issuer’s $VX reward is then calculated as if they executed a trade involving a transaction fee of 1K VITE.

Staking as Mining:

20% of all $VX released daily is reserved for users who stake their $vite

Market-Making as Mining:

10% of $VX released daily is reserved for each market — $BTC, $ETH, $VITE and $USDT — each weighted equally at 2.5%.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government-issued cryptocurrencies...Are they the Future? on: September 05, 2019, 04:51:42 PM
I think centrally controlled govt backed currencies are the worst idea ever. I will never be convinced it's a good idea.

Governments partnering with crypto companies to leverage blockchain and cryptocurrencies to solve some problems? That is a great idea!

Check out Vite. They're currently working with the City of Syracuse to design a P2P micro loan program which I think is fantastic!

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: September 05, 2019, 04:46:07 PM
Not all of them for sure! Only the ones with a solid team, vision and ability to execute will be in the picture. A majority of alt-coins will die out!

I am an alt-coiner myself, heavily invested in Vite. It is one of the projects I believe is doing great work and will certainly survive and prosper!
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What exchange is better than binance? on: August 27, 2019, 04:14:43 PM
I believe the future is in decentralized exchanges. They may not be fully decentralized (have to follow local regulation) but just by having your keys in your own hand, you'll be in a far better shape than now when using Binance CEX. I also think the upcoming exchanges need to be cross-chain.

I'd recommend a newly launched dex, ViteX, created by the team at Vite Labs. Check it out!

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops safe? on: August 13, 2019, 05:24:01 PM
Depends on what info they're asking you to share. KYC for airdrops is a dumb idea.

Also, there is a risk that you end up promoting a scam.

So always DYOR even for airdrops. There are some pretty legit ones out there.

For my favorite, check out Vite. A great project with a dedicated team. It has a killer mobile wallet with daily airdrop!
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could you recommend two good altcoins? on: July 29, 2019, 05:20:31 PM
Check out Vite (www.vite.org)

It's a DAG based platform with Smart Contract capabilities. The pre-mainnet is already live and the mainnet will be launched in this quarter.

Their DEX (ViteX) is going to launch on the 30th July.

They ranked 2nd in github commits last month and have a vibrant community and partnerships. Google Vite and City of Syracuse!

It's one of the few projects that I am optimistic about.

Yes, Vite loook goood project with experienced team. Hope their DEX will be not postponed again and launced in time in this month. As they must had launhed DEX in June....

It is launching tomorrow. Smiley

If you want to catch the live AMA about #ViteX, check out:

I would ask you to look at VITE.

It is a DAG based platform with Smart Contract capabilities. The team is very active on github.

They have already released a working wallet and are on pre-mainnet, with mainnet scheduled for launch in Q3 this year (so very soon!).

Their Dex, ViteX, is also launching this month. This would be the first dex on a DAG platform.

Vite has the potential to be a top-20 coin.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you suggest participate in airdrop? why? on: June 15, 2019, 06:41:15 PM
Depends on the project.

I don't think any airdrop will ever be worth a KYC. And then there are social media tasks you're doing to promote projects you know nothing about. That's also a grey area.

For me, airdrops should be about increasing adoption of a project's applications.

You should check out Vite. Gives out free daily airdrop on the mobile app (the app wallet is one of the best in the market). No KYC or any tasks till now. Its a project with a huge upside and a DEX launching any day now.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin lover on: June 10, 2019, 03:19:31 PM
Why just restrict yourself to the top 100? There are many hidden gems out there!

Maybe you can look at $VITE. A DAG based Smart contract platform that is launching their on DEX this month! It is one of the few I expect to rocket during the bull run.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: June 02, 2019, 04:52:37 PM
I made the mistake of holding ALL my shitcoins during the last bull run and paid the price.

This time around, I have some set targets at which I'd sell. There are only 1-2 coins that I am planning to hold long term. One of them is Vite which is one of the most exciting projects in crypto right now.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best airdrop you have ever gotten... on: May 27, 2019, 04:08:46 PM
I got into the airdrop game pretty late.

Right now the best I have it the Vite daily airdrop where I just have to install their wallet app and pick up daily. Picked up a pretty good amount. I recommend it to everyone!

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Happy And What Are Your Plans Next? on: May 19, 2019, 03:15:03 PM
Pretty happy with what I've done in the bear market. Accumulated my fav coins at a reasonable price and will continue to do so every month. Vite makes up for a large percentage of my portfolio and I have high hopes from it.

I have set targets this time around and will sell when they're hit. Not going to make the same mistake I made during the last bull run!
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current bounty campaigns that can make you rich? on: May 11, 2019, 07:31:35 PM
Nobody can tell you that! Expecting to get rich from bounty campaigns is ridiculous.

Bounties are good to accumulate some new tokens that may have some value in the future. That's why you need to be careful about any bounties/airdrops that you participate in.

Right now, the only project I am interested in is Vite (vite.org). Check it out. It does daily airdrop on the mobile wallet. The quantity is small and won't make you rich but the project is legit and definitely has a good future.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right or wrong path? on: May 06, 2019, 05:22:57 PM
Just choose the projects for which you do decide to participate carefully. Some are absolute scams.

There are legitimate projects out there doing genuine airdrops. Check out Vite (vite.org) if you haven't. You'll find that it is one of the best projects out there which is committed to giving back to the community!
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What token do you expect in 2019? on: April 28, 2019, 03:48:19 PM
Has to be VITE.

A DAG based platform with smart contract capability. TestNet is already live with Mainnet launching soon.

A DEX in beta testing and is expected to be fully live in May.

A mobile wallet with multi currency support (in iOS, Android version for multi-currency is coming)

A single minded team dedicated to developing the platform.

And an engaged and dynamic community.

It is one of the most underrate projects around.

Check out forum.vite.net and vite.org
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's time to pick altcoin on: April 20, 2019, 06:49:51 PM
Stable BTC can result in alt bull run. We're seeing a mini run right now. It's a good time to buy.

But always do your research so that even if the bull run is late, you are confident in holding your investment.

A large portion of my portfolio is in Vite BTW which I think will be one of the top performers in the next bull run. They're launching a dex soon and have some exciting things lined up!
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: next trend in blockchain/crypto?? on: April 12, 2019, 05:34:30 PM
I think ETH promised the moon with its smart contracts capabilities. I still think it is underused right now. But I think moving away from traditional block chain, other platforms with SC capabilities seems very excited. Two DAG based platforms with SC are Vite & Fantom. I don't follow FTM but I know the VITE is making great progress and is seeing some real world adoption. It also supports cross chain gateways so trading on its DEX will not be restricted to just Vite based tokens. I think this is very exciting!!
