... You don't get it It is one thing for simple gamblers to attack each other with whatever strong language they want to use (though even this should not be tolerated but moderated). And it is a totally different thing for the staff to use such language at all in a public chatbox, not even speaking of the site owner himself (as it turned out to be). Anyway, let's hope this lesson serves them right and they will refrain from this stuff in the future. Just don't try to make it look like it was not a big deal and nothing happened We understand it was totally a big deal, and we realise it should and wont be tollerated. The house edge for the Dice game is slightly more than your best competitors. I didn't really have any bad feedback about the website until I visited the chat to see the admins messages on it. Here's what they had to say so deposit u cheap fuck!

Nope. You're a shit scum who is not serious about the business and probably here to make a few monies by scamming others. I wouldn't advise anyone to play on this site. The guy who he was talking to is IRL friends with the owner. We treat our customers with care & with full support, through live-support. Even if they were friends, that wasn't a professional behaviour. It will only scare people off. I was going to try this casino but after I saw this comment I don't even care now. People are very cautious about their money. You should have been more careful with your attitude. I'll give you an example so you can understand how this looks like from outside. Imagine you own a bookshop. Would you shout and fight and make jokes on your buddy loudly while your customers around? No. You don't do that because they will just leave your shop. Even if you are, you should understand that you are talking in public, kinda making official statements, and thus should be aware of the consequences your words might have. Some things and the way they are said should remain private in all circumstances and at all times. Regardless, you have just proved how indiscreet you (your staff) are and that speaks even louder than the words you actually said As an aside, if you are like this to your friends, how will you be to your users? You are correct in what you are saying, and we deeply apologize for speaking in that manner, if you wish to test the site out we would welcome you too and would happily give you some free credit to prove the site is fair and a nice place for users to be around. That kind of language will not be used nor seen in chat again.
