can you check shipping to US? zip code 34669 - might be interested in a couple as they are low power users. ROI is about 2 months with my electricity so not too bad as long as shipping isn't crazy.
For 1 pc it will probably be quite expensive. For how many do you want me to check? check on 3 - i think you said 3 would be about the same as 1 right? Shipping is 86,22 EUR

I buy two pieces on Ebay , i think it's you sell IT.
I found in the miner some fan parts, a connector cut from a Fan , in the two pieces , when you move it your heard moving.
Some cards have missing plastic retention for the radiator , small white pieces to maintain radiator to the PCB , i found in the miner this piece , i need to remove it before start the miner.
I resume , fan conncector and plastic retention in the miner, need to remove it before start miner.
The miner dont go far 400 mhs , i use antminer L3+ and a Innosillicon , in the same environnement, run about 600 - 640 Mhs /second , with fan at 60%
The firmware is 2.8.0 and dont show the temperature of the PCB.
Hi Cedric, I dont see you among my sales. But nonetheless i will try to help, although i would suggest trying to resolve this through EBAY. Its better to keep it official. The plastic parts that seem so be around the miner must be due to damage during transport. Did you see any damage on the outside of the package? The temperature not showing is normal, its the same for all BW L21 miners. The 400MHS hashrate may be for due to shipping damage. The miner should state 550 MHS in the miners interface. Please use the following steps: 1. remove and reconnect all PCIE power cables to the miner. Restart miner. If there is no change, please proceed to step 2. 2. Swich PSU with the other miner. If there is no change, please proceed to step 3. 3. Sometimes during trasport some clients have found that the boards had moved. Please open the miner and push the boards down into their slots. Let me know if the problem has resolved.

I had similar issue with a miner but never managed to use that port. The USB port is not USB, its TTL and requires a USB to TTL serial transcoder but they were never able to provide me the correct pinout and specifications. If you go by trial and error you can burn the board. Eventually I managed to get the miner running after series of reboots using the reset button and a lot of swearing and infamous treats ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Thank you both. I also tried to get in touch with hyperbit, but they told me to take a hike

I have a problem, if someone has any ideas of how to fix this. when updating firmware from 2.2 to 2.8 a few miners crashed. I cannot reach the miners through their IP (i cannot see their IPs anymore)., When I watch the power consumption I can see that the power usage does not rise above 170W, so the system does not boot.
Is there a program to fix this through the cable as I cannot see the IPs anymore?
So my conclusion is that the flash on several miners has crashed and i cannot update the firmware. Is there a manual way to get into the miners with a cable (there is a port on the miner) and instal new firmware?

HagssFIN has a whole topic dedicated to the miner with firmware updates and different guides. This is probably the best place to find info. I can also find the firmware link for you and post it-

I can confirm (i'm sure also other customers here can confirm as well). The power usage is between 830 and 850W at 550MH/s. Here is an image: https://imgur.com/a/lun8iOoJust to add, i assume the lower power usage in comparison to the linked revies might be due to the firmware updates.
