They also were unregulated and anonymous and pretended to make profit with trading.
And they had an MLM strukture.
And like any other HYIP they paid out.
Until the closed the door and ran with ~120Mio USD in BTC.

Somehow this Amfeix seems to be very similar...

Ive seen so many systems like that in Crypto world.
But I have not yet seen a single MLM Tradeprofits-share System that did not collapse one day...

Some systems can survive and optimize their profit for up to 2 years, but it will collapse!

PS:Just look only the way of promoting with their spamming bots in this forum,
this is not how serious funds operate...and even serious crypto funds all made losses(at least all i know)
Yes I know they started also to do paid bannerpromotion on other platforms.

Il faut quand même un intermédiaire qui possède les clefs du wallet vers lequel se dirigent les dons. Pour que la cagnotte fonctionne, il faut que les donateurs aient confiance en cet intermédiaire.
Pour qu'il y a confiance, il faut connaitre le responsable de la cagnotte afin de pouvoir ester en justice s'il se barre avec le pognon. Ou alors il faut qu'il ait une réputation en béton.

Par conséquent, si l'intermédiaire est connu, l'Etat peut faire pression sur lui.

Il faudrait qu'un escrow sous pseudonyme (qui puisse prouver sa qualité d'escrow irréprochable) soit de la partie. C'est tout à fait possible mais actuellement ce type d'intermédiaires n'est connu que des initiés.
