Whatt? Can you give me the rule that says I can't create new one to join forum? I am agree old account got banned because i am dont know the rules BUT this account I never spam, I follow the rules from forum. Why ban me?

Yes, this was mine, because I got banned from forum. So I need create a new account to ask mod the reason.
BUT, something error when I register, the message does not notice for me that was register successful. It notice: Error cookies, Try 45 second later to register, This account already have, please use other account.... So i thought i did not register success and try register with other account. (Other can test form register pls)
You can check it the same time register with this account, and it already created, i never use it for spam, you can ban other account, it just error from Register form.
This is reason why you can find more account from me.

I did not login my account for the long time. Today, I login on my account and see the message: "You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism"
I only using this account for report and join bounty. I do not know what I have violated the law of the forum.
