1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Need the community opinion. There is an idea to make an AI that can track trends on: February 03, 2019, 08:31:38 PM
The reality is that even when the market is dominated by a protracted bearish trend, some not very popular coins sometimes show rapid growth in a very short period of time, and it is very important to choose the right moment to jump into this trend and close the position to earn very big money. Most traders, being under the influence of doubts and emotions, are wait too long, so sell/buy already at that moment when trends change directions. As a result, they lose money.

For example, you have Bitcoin and Ethereum in your portfolio. The price of your assets has fallen by 8% but at the same time, the little-known coin shows an increase of 280%. To sell your assets with a minus and buy this coin in such a situation is stupid, because it is too likely that you will buy at a time when the trend has already begun to change direction. You should buy only when the trend is just emerging or there are all the prerequisites for the fact that this trend will continue, but if you were notified in advance of the beginning of this trend, you would probably have earned on it.

So, there is an idea to create an AI that will analyze the entire crypto market in real time and track beginning of trends.

Technically, I see the creation of such an AI by combining automatic technical analysis of all coins available on the market in real time with tracking trading volume and the sharply appearing demand for those or other coins, but since the creation of such AI will require huge computing power of servers, high financial costs, involvement of third-party developers and investments, it is need to clearly understand the interest of traders to such product and have the community support.

Do traders need such a product? Does anyone ready to help with development financially or technically? Would anyone like to be an early tester?

Waiting for your answers, comments, thoughts and ideas.
