So, I'm not comfortable hacking together my own USB powered HUB. Most likely I will buy one or more. If I have an old MacBook Pro early 2011. Everything in USB system report says Current Available (mA) is 500. Can I purchase external AC powered USB 3.0 hubs and attach it to the USB 2.0 port? Would I be able to use Moonlander 2 at full power this way? Yes and Yes

Just checked bitmain: L3 504Mhs for 2200 USD.
100 x USB miners = 500 Mhs 100 x $80 = $8000
L3+ @ 2200 USD, even if it is a cashed page, is 400% cheaper.
These are meant to be lower cost, power efficient devices to allow/entice/enable new miners an alternative to burning up their video cards. The more people mining, the better.

Is there a method to set clock speed by serial number as with the gridseeds? Unfortunately, my USB0~USB3 are rotating on me, and I cannot get 1 of the devices on a different clock speed. Or if anyone knows how to keep the USB0 to stay USB0 on a raspberry using a superbpag=) --scrypt -S MLD:/dev/ttyUSB0 -S MLD:/dev/ttyUSB1 -S MLD:/dev/ttyUSB2 -S MLD:/dev/ttyUSB3 --set MLD@/dev/ttyUSB0:clock=352 --set MLD@/dev/ttyUSB1:clock=352 --set MLD@/dev/ttyUSB2:clock=336 --set MLD@/dev/ttyUSB3:clock=352 --queue 0

sorry for the stupid question. but does this also work with other ascis such as D3 and L3+? or only with bitcoin mining asics?
L3 uses a version of cgminer but the operate system's footprint is small (openembedded); there is no room on the storage device for much customization.

v7.0 has been flawless so I have not upgraded. Suddenly today, this started happening cleared cache, saved settings, different computer, rebooted pi to no avail Raw stats shows a different error:

dev.flap-pool.world is the slowest website for me. Is it just me?

n00bminer, interesting feedback. How can I learn more about these statistics and their relationship to performance? According to this github FAQ entry they suggest leaving everything at default:
Q: What are the best parameters to pass for X pool/hardware/device. A: Virtually always, the DEFAULT parameters give the best results. Most user defined settings lead to worse performance.
I'm just interested in learning more about what all the output means.
Thanks!
As far as custom bfgminer, I was talking about the original bfgminer released for v1.2 moonlanders. jstephanop will post new bfgminer/futurebit drivers when the new units(v2.0) are released. As far as the voltage is concerned, I followed jstephanop tuning procedure to the letter.

that one with a bunch of HWE is lowering your poolside avg.. you might actually be better if you lowered the speed one notch down.
Thanks! I had not look at it until I took the screen shot for a couple days. I lowered it down to 304 last night after the post.

hey cool thanks! I guess i can load up bfgminer too, i saw some pages about it. Now all i gotta figure out is if the raspberry has enough Watts to deliver and has a good usb3 - with power. By powered USB switch you mean a USB block you install on the raspberry? This is gonna be a fun project! I currently run 4 moonlanders (3 v1.2, 1 v1.1) on a pi, running minera with the custom bfgminer compiled. The moonlanders are tweaked to v.95(as high as I wanted to go) running off a superbpag 7 port hub. You can see them here https://www.miningrigrentals.com/rigs/42227Where did you get a v1.1?? I made like 5 of those for review units EBAY! FB0004 =)

Do we know the outer dimensions yet? length, width, circumference, outer diameter? I need to develop some sort of rack to hold a few in place for airflow while using extended cables for the hub.

would have been more sense to put the 400 mh on spots
That would have made perfect sense!

Yeah one very smart miner dumping sensless 350+ mh/s into a 20 mh/s network. Nuff said.
It is not me. My A2 fell over a couple times when I was playing with MRR a month back. All I have on the network is a zeus blizzard and 4 monnlanders

thats correct please be aware as a pool operator there will be 2 wallet updates over the next 3 months at least one mandatory
As long as we can have the GIT working, cloning and updating the nodes should not be an issue. To be honest, this last SP2 was a mess to rollout.

Hello people,
I am trying / to learn how to set up a pool, and I need to clone source code coin. Of course, it makes sense for me to be "our" coin....
Can someone tell me the link, from the source code of flappycoin?
thanks in advance..
it is in the first message, message #1 https://github.com/Flapmin/FlappySp2Source

I really like the staking idea. I also like you gaming/gambling idea from IRC. The coin needs to be able to do something!

When setting up UNOMP for a flappycoin. 1. do I use litecoin as the example? (I do not know which alt coin was the base for the source) 2. what are the settings for the coin "peerMagic": "fbc0b6db", "peerMagicTestnet": "fcc1b7dc"
for those that are going through this themselves, just use litecoin as example, but remove the peermagic and peermagictestnet lines
