1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advantages of having an account on bitcointalk on: January 22, 2020, 10:45:46 AM
Bitcointalk talk is the best place to hang out when you are struck in something. Like when your bits are going wrong or you might not be understanding something.

Just search for the question you will get bitcointalk thread just read them. People are just speaking there though and some comment or the other will clear your frustration. Only when you want to comment or check any profile or other stuff you need to log in or else you can just read and go off.
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading and Taxes on: January 22, 2020, 10:36:25 AM
How am I supposed to know if I am in profit or a loss if I have been trading across multiple exchanges? For example, if I bought $1,000 in Bitcoin on Coinbase, transferred it over to multiple exchanges, and purchased other coins with that $1,000. Is it as simple as downloading the tax reports from the exchanges?

You can use a portfolio manager tool to get the current value of your portfolio or you can maintain your own excel sheet where you can enter the current USD value of the coins you hold. Multiple the fund value with the funds you hold and sum the USD value you get. Doing manually is hectic but if you have less coins in portfolio and if you are not checking frequently than manually calculating is cost effective.
3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Poll - How did you find of about Bitcointalk? on: January 22, 2020, 10:07:41 AM
While learning about crypto I do remember that google use to show the links of bitcointalk to read but, I had not clicked to me initially that the platform was this worth. Then when we meet common friends and they also mentioned about it and then I asked them more about it.

Is this different than zilliqa / unstoppable domains?
Do you have discussions with the most popular wallet providers to use this naming system? Because if not, it's all in vain.

We have already discussed it with most of the wallets. The CRUXPay is currently live in Zelcore and Magnum wallet. The integration is currently on going in many wallets including Exodus.

We appreciate if you can use it and share your valuable feedback.

I think only those funds are freezed which are suspected that they are involved in hack or illegal activity. Not sure, but your article hits the brain hard.

Stable coins are the safe one during sudden bear or bull market now need to think on  Undecided

Take a break if you see bears. Cheesy This is what I will suggest to a newbie.

Bull is followed by a bear and bear is followed by bull means alternative breaks?

11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: do you think most people reads on the forum?? on: November 07, 2019, 07:33:36 AM
On the same thread you mentioned if you see my reply, I seriously took out time for the analysis of the reviews and tried explaining the point:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5192804.msg52808053#msg52808053

There are users with the moto to address the query or to involve in the discussion and few are here just for publicity. It depends, when we find such post let us alert ourself that we should not become like them and it something wrong there is always a report to moderator button.
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you guys studying chart? on: November 07, 2019, 07:26:56 AM
In Bitcointalk you can refer to below boards for market discussion, Charts etc.,

Or you can even use TradingView which is a platform where traders publish their charts and explain their prediction. You also pick any exchange chart of required coin pair and do you TA. I is like trader work book. In trading view you can also, create your pin script and back test it, set alerts and any more features.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: CRYPTO DOUBLERS SCAM !!! on: November 07, 2019, 07:19:25 AM
Scammers keep coming with new formula but, the single word "doubler" can indicate that it is greed driven plan. And I do not flow behind greed. Even if the plan may be profitable but can not trust just because of the doubler word.
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I earn $1 worth of bitcoin everyday? Please help! on: November 07, 2019, 07:15:33 AM
If you have lots if time to waste it on such stupid things, instead go for reading and educating yourself on this technology. This education can get you more than $1 per day.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will Bitcoin ever Become Physical coin ? on: November 03, 2019, 09:40:36 PM
Did not like the concept at all. If BTC becomes a physical currency then what about the decentralised and anonymous properties Cry
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it WORTH investing ALTS RIGHT NOW? on: November 03, 2019, 09:11:03 PM
One simple way of getting altcoin season is if there has a bull run of BTC like 2017 and in such market investing in some small cap coins is of great profit as all allts generally in this phase.

Else there are different coins having short period bull run do analysis, keep an eye, set alerts of prices and get profit. This process needs lots of patience and study.

19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is 1 bitcoin is a good price as now? on: October 26, 2019, 05:57:27 PM
You can buy it and receive at your wallet. If you are thinking of getting it for free then getting 1BTC just for free is not a joke.
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ARBITRAGE FOR ''BEGINNERS''? on: October 26, 2019, 05:53:12 PM
Arbitrage is a trading style which needs lots of time and experience. It is not that you can not set up your tool or bot.

Arbitrage is basically utilizing profit of the difference between the price offered by different exchanges. That is you buy at exchange where the price is low and sell at the exchange where the price is high. Here there is a transaction fee involved while transporting from one exchange to another. Also, in a highly volatile market till your funds reach the other exchange the opportunity might be missed.

There are traders that do use this trading and book profit but, it is not easy i.e., it is not easily arranged on a plate. It needs practice and peace of mind.
