Thanks ddmrddmr for the list.

I went through them and none look like what I would have ever created.

Ah well. I think I will let this go. At least till I can figure out my registration email. I just wanted to rediscover my old account. No big loss. It is appreciated you provided this. Thank you.
2  Other / Meta / Re: Quick account question of access on: October 09, 2019, 01:17:46 PM
With the list of so many Accounts that are registered on Bitcointalk and guess ( 20 % of the Accounst Banned )
its will be a long journey for you to look at them all .

Remember there was a time at 2013 - 2014 there was many Accounts hacked .

Wish you good luck with your search.

Well I know I was an early adopter here. I was mining on my old Pentium lol. But I can't recall revisiting the site after maybe 2010. I would only have to search the earliest years of this site existence.

I was not aware of the hacking event. Hopefully not effecting me, but it is what it is I guess.

Thank you

Actually admin has been very helpful here for me via the support link. (And I sincerely thank for that).

I get the impression that some here subtly suggest I am attempting to access something that is not mine, but I can only assure that it is not the case.

I will figure it out eventually. Maybe if I could ask staff to at least give me temp access to the public member list page I could search it and see if I spot the old account.

Regardless, thank you all for the info.

Sincerely.

And no, none of those accounts are mine. Actually wanted to do a username search to see if I could recognise it, but alas, it isn't allowed for me to view at my member level.
5  Other / Meta / Re: Quick account question of access on: October 09, 2019, 04:13:07 AM
Thank you all for your feedback on this. I have initiated email conversation with an admin here (I assume via the support link. Hopefully fruitful.

YOSHIE, you kind of cracked me up a bit. You took it over the top.

That said...

No chaotics her my friend. ETH didn't exist then. And I do not post publicly any identifiable information.

I never said Gmail, I said email. And likely used from freemail or my domains as a webmaster. I suspect freemail, long abandoned.

Yeah, it's been nearly a decade, maybe my doctor can help me remember. *snicker*.

I stopped mining Bitcoin or even visiting probably in the same year, ya know, when Bitcoin could only buy a pizza for 10kbtc.

Anyway, maybe admin with access will respond to my email.

Thanks again folks for your support.

Your question is a bit chaotic. How not, you ask without carrying the slightest evidence, at least your username or gmail stash.
or you remember the address of something for example, BTC address, ETH that you used in the past.

Staff: can any of you guys do an email search for an account associated with my old email address?
Your question is trapping.....
How could Staff look for gmail or username if you don't know the gmail you use.
All members here have gmail or username but all are remembered except you.
Cases like this are rare, maybe in a thousand members there isn't necessarily like you have experienced.

I just can't remember my old username
Maybe you, during this time in the hospital, and stated by the doctor you have "memory loss." can not remember the past.

I found the account name is almost the same as your current account and this account has been inactive for a long time.

1. TeamSecret
2. SecretRandom
3. TopSecret631

But I'm not sure this is yours.
Try to remember something that can be seen and searched.

6  Other / Meta / Quick account question of access on: September 17, 2019, 02:16:29 PM
Hey, don't know who to ask so it is here.

Many years ago I had an account here. Would love to retrieve it if possible.

Staff: can any of you guys do an email search for an account associated with my old email address?

I just can't remember my old username

Thanks in advance

I enjoy chatting the trading activity of Bitcoin on several venues. I don't bother with any altcoins or tokens.

Something has caught my eye looking at the 4hour chart using candlesticks with Bollinger overlay. It has tightened up considerably while trading very flat in a small non-volitile pattern. The RSI is neither indicating over or under sold conditions. The appearance of a 10k support level suggests with that, that a push up is waiting for a trigger. And I suspect this will be within the next week.

I hereby suggest I am only hypothesizing and am in now way suggesting as fact this will occur at all. But I enjoy trying to make sense of the motions. Maybe I need to suggest just some fun bantor.

Thought for the day - One need not fabricate proofs to prove ones existence. Or as Judge Judy likes to profess, you don't have to think to tell the truth.

I did smile smugly when John "liar" McAfee decided to post his letter from his lawyer at the last minute before the big reveal suggesting that disclosing the identity of Satoshi would hinder his extradition case.

I guess he pulled a Trump Tax excuse. Lmao.

At least he was smart enough to bail out of the lie, unlike Crank Wright.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats up with Craig Wright? on: April 21, 2019, 05:13:41 AM
I see this thread has taken some tangents. Regardless I have been watching him, no different than I have been watching that islander drug burnt retard McAfee trying to find some spotlights to shine on himself too.

I feel that both these clowns are attempting to fill the natural void created when Satoshi himself went silent.

Back to Craig Wright now.

I wonder if the courts will "not be amused" regarding his evidence play. They shouldn't be amused. The courts are the only voice of reason in this wild west where sherrif may not notice or care.

Who are the actual crypto sheriff?

The crypto world. Yes, you the reader. You the developer's. You the investors.

What can be done about these disruptor's efforts.

Imo, let them sink their own ships. But don't ever give them any credit for anything. Don't even give them the time of day.

But the community of crypto enthusiasts. Whether just a fan boy or major developer or miner or investor. They need to move past who Satoshi may be. It doesn't matter to anyone really, short of notoriety and as a recognised founder.

I just feel that the technology should be nurtured to drive itself. It doesn't need a figurehead to make it work.

It surely doesn't need Craig or John in the mix to screw things up.

A year and two months does not make a gambler.

And a gambler does not play on hope.

Learn for years. Losing money is not a failure, nor making money make a successor.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give up yet on: March 04, 2019, 04:18:23 AM
My strategy of late has been watching the market, waiting for a real bottom, waiting for for companies to fail, and invest in the survivors.

We are not there yet, but we are closer than we were last year.

And then and only then, I am all in with my war chest.

Cold, calm, and calculated.

I can't add to this discussion about hope, but I can express how I see it.

Bitcoin went up when it was finally discovered by the masses and news, and subsequently crashed when the new bagholders got cought with their pants down. Meanwhile everybody and their brother was making and pumping their own coins and tokens.

The phrases of lambo, moon, hodl; etc, should not be used by anyone but the most inexperienced anymore.

If it is asset class, treat it as such.

This isn't a slam by any stretch on anyone. It is how I look at it. That's all. So please don't take it personally.

But what 'hope' do I give crypto-mania. None.

That said what do I expect of the market. I look at it like any other investment medium I involve myself in.

And right now I simply see the need of ongoing consolidation. It must continue to strengthen the industry and markets

We need not wait for fancy marketing products or company application or government acceptance. That should and will come with time.

What we need is for the weak to consolidate and the weaker to simply go away.

And that's where any hope would exist. That's where investing becomes reality and speculation becomes less of a factor.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / One Key, One Wallet, Multiple Crypto Asset Webpage Donations Conundrum on: March 02, 2019, 04:52:54 PM
Mods, move this please if in the wrong forum. I was uncertain where it belonged.  Wink

Right to my needs.

I have a website and accept the usual donations. PayPal.

I wish to expand my donation features to include crypto currency exchange.

I do want to avoid having a page and a half of public keys etc in order to allow for acceptance of a wide variety of crypto flavors.

While I have searched here, I find the search results usually centric to Bitcoin itself.

Is there a one stop wallet or service that can be utilized for such? Or at least a couple three wallets or services that can be used to cover the variety of at least the most popular coinage?

I know this comes across as a noob question, but in this regard for me, it is.

Thank you for any insights or shared experiences given.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What made you fall in love with crypto? on: February 27, 2019, 04:02:04 AM
I never fall in love with any investment.
Currently crypto is IMHO, asset class regardless of intrinsic valuations.

In the beginning for me years ago, it was intrigue and novelty. Not anymore.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN Genesis Keys on: February 27, 2019, 03:57:01 AM
I think if the SN wallet ever ever had one little coin plucked from it, it would instantly stir market instability. Primarily from fear of what would potentially occur if the coins were to be returned to the market en masse'.

Short story, sentiment based fear that your $3,xxx coins could rapidly become $0.25 coins.

Emotions drive markets and liquidity would rapidly evaporate.

Ok, I started this thread out of curiosity over who this guy was and what he represents.

I was in for quite an eye opener for me and I certainly appreciate everything everyone has posted. I can say quite interesting to say the least.

I did see he wants to be interviewed by some crypto experts or something in order to clear his name. I look forward to the entertainment at the least.

It looks like the mistress' brother is the now known bag man.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats up with Craig Wright? on: February 12, 2019, 09:34:52 PM
Today I happened across a recent interview with him, in a bitcoin discussion.

He stated at the end, "I was Satoshi".

The interesting thing I noted is a well educated smart individual using the word "was", is very past tense.

It could have been nothing really, but from someone who hasn't even begun to touch his wallets for some time, sounded odd.

Is he for real? He doesn't seem fraudulent to me.

But that is a big statement to make to the crypto world.

I apologize if this has been posted to death, I didnt want to necro any old stuff.

Somebody blow my fuckin brains out while the day's still young ... PLEASE!!!

LMAO. Sorry dude. Didn't mean to fire you up.

I was ignorant of his past, but boy howdy I learned quick. Still quite an interesting back story I wasn't aware of.
19  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bezos allegedly extorted w/Dick pics by Nat'l enquirer on: February 12, 2019, 08:18:38 AM
the fact is that bezos was worth 70 billion before trump and 140 billion after trump  Wink

I think I would attribute that more to market sentiment of the company than anything else really.

20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats up with Craig Wright? on: February 12, 2019, 08:07:13 AM
Is he for real? He doesn't seem fraudulent to me.

that's incredible to me, because he comes off like an obvious conman to me. maybe it's just the fact that i've seen him caught in lies---like the time he tried to trick people into believing he controlled satoshi's PGP key. it was an obvious scam.

there are other things too. he gets incredibly angry and flustered when bitcoin discussions turn highly technical which never seemed quite right.

Maybe true but I only heard of him before in retrospect after watching an interview with him.

I must have been under a rock lol.
