Does anyone have any suggestions on where one could Dollar cost average in Bitcoin with reasonable fees from Scandinavia?

I used getbittr.com before they had to close so something similar to that would be very appreciated.

I tried to set up a recurring dollar cost averaging transaction for Bitcoin on Coinbase, but they do not accept SEPA accounts or Creditcards with 3D Secure outside of the US for this service. Would anybody know which platform to do dollar cost averaging on which accepts DCA if you live outside of the US?
