SO sorry i did not know i can lock my thread. I just found the way.. I am locking this discussion now. For people who missed my replay... I managed to fix it finally. Here is what i did... I exported private key for PAX+ETH wallet from Blockchain. I imported that to a different wallet. Then i exchanged there PAX to BTC and withdrawn the BTC to my main wallet. Thank to the community.. Specially the people replied my thread and helped me all through the nightmare. Thanks a lot..

I managed to fix it finally. Here is what i did... I exported private key for PAX+ETH wallet from Blockchain. I imported that to a different wallet. Then i exchanged there PAX to BTC and withdrawn the BTC to my main wallet. Thank to the community.. Specially the people replied my thread and helped me all through the nightmare. Thanks a lot..

Red-Apple. I had 2500 USD that I swapped to PAX. The ETH balance should be ZERO instead -2500 USD. I need .02USD in ETH to Swap or send the PAX. I think it is a bug or something from their system. I am just worried if their support will respond. Still waiting..

Thanks for all the replies. @them who asked to logout and login or to wait I have tried tried everything possible. I changed browser. Tried incognito. Logged out and logged in thousands time. Literally everything that can be done. Its been more than 30 hours now. I contacted them via support ticket and twitter. No response yet. I am worried and I don't really know how else to contact them regarding the issue. Lesson Learnt : Do not put your money to somewhere offers poor or no quicker support options at all.

Hello there I hope you all are having a good day. Its a terrible day for me anyway. I was using blockchain wallet for a long time now. Never had any issue really. Recently they introduced SWAP option. I decided to give it a try. I swapped 2500USD of my ETH to PAX(USD). I have received the PAX in my wallet but the ETH balance is showing Negative 2500USD. If i want to swap the pax or sent the pax to other wallet i need ETH to transfer or SWAP the ERC token PAX. For my -2500 USD ETH balance i am not able to transfer/swap the PAX balance. My total balance is now negative. I contacted their support by opening a ticket at their website but i read a lot bad things about their support that they never replay or get back to you. I am clueless.. Did i lose my 2500 USD? I am trapped!
