Hi Everyone!

My name is Ray.Alva I am the delegate for Echo. One of ARK's newest delegates. I have been in the ARK Community for over a year and a half. My background is in Law & Finance. I've been an ARK Community Committee Member since the ACC's inception and I have also been elected to the ARK Community Fund where I manage a fund that seeks to provide funding for projects that will grow the ARK Ecosystem. Being a delegate is my next step in contributing to the ARK Ecosystem. I was voted into the top 51 only 58 hours after announcing my proposal which I'm already actively working on.
