Logging into my gate.io account today and was ask if a Canada or USA citizen. If yes withdrawal funds. So I went to withdrawal and got a message (KYC verify to withdrawal). Only option for KYC is a passport which I do not have. Has anyone been through this? Can you use Drivers License Thanks

I have not synced my wallet since February. At the present time it will not sync. Wallet will get to about 89% and goes no further. Tried several times. Anyone else having issues? Suggestions? Thanks

Currently keeping my bitcoin on on coinbase. Want to download Electrum to my Laptop and move coins to the wallet. Running windows 10. What is the difference between the download options 1) Standalone executable 2) Windows Installer Thanks!

Sorry for the Nub question but...... I registered for the Waves lite client wallet. I am trying to send my purchased waves at Bittrex to the Waves wallet. The Bittrex site declines the withdrawal indicating the address is invalid for the waves network. The address I am using is at the top of the page in the wallet. Address:3N73XXXXXXXXXXXX. It lets me copy via toggle which I paste in the Bittrexx withdrawal address box. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Hello Ladies & Gents, New Bitcoin owner here. I am trying to surmise if I can pull a Bitcoin from Coinbase to an offline wallet such as a data or memory stick. I have looked through the Coinbase site and do not see what is known as a key. How do I obtain this key? Is there an online cold storage wallet that is safe or is the memory stick a good option? I am sure this has been ask before and have tried searching on this forum to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
