This tool works.  I have 8 GPU mining rigs and no downtime.  I would  be happy to help other miners get it up and running.

I'm getting this error as well.  Anyone find a solution?

Edit.  Turns out you can ignore this error.

Valar is an open source project written in Python for monitoring your cgminer workers.  This application provides a browser based dashboard and can even restart sick workers!  Also can email several people when errors occur.
