I updated the out of ordered E9.3 by "btc_upgrade _9.0.0.20.tar.gz" and the problem is fixed.

Thank you for your replay.
I did not only reset it to factory (from maintenance menu) but also by pushing the reset button. I can change it's firmware version to any version of E9.I'S but not to E9.3 (as you append it) .

Dear expert,
I did wrong model firmware update to EBang "E9.3" . I did update E9.3 by E9.i firmware.
I try frequently to update the miner to it's firmware(E9.3) but any changes happens.
Please help me to fix it.

Thank you for your replay, the hashrate should be 18, it was working at 18 and over 18 but suddenly drops to 12 and lower than 12. I set all of my miners in BTC pool. I have many M3's in this pool and all of them are fine. Recently I bought an E10 to test if it is better than M3, replace them by E10. I append the other pages of E10 web server, may be help to fix the fault.

I can't find any manual/service manual or help description for device web server page. There is an alarm in this page. I will append an screen shoot for your information.
As you can see the "Cal" alarm is active. but I don't know what it is pointing to.
