You keep all the profits, the title and deed of the property could be held in your name. What you pay for is our team, knowledge, and experience.

We source everything for the build for you- From the property to the shelving and PDUS. We lease or buy under YOUR Terms. Once the deal is executed, we will live on site for the duration of the build.

Our build out is done across the ST. Lawrence river, specifically Ogdensburg NY- Hydro Power is at .035 cents KW/Hr .

Again, we do not add anything to the price.
