Hi mate.  You are correct.  The mistake was I got confused between 9th and 10th game. 

I wanted to do 9th game when Federer was down 0-30 serving..

But I wrongly did 10th game..  Just now noticed it after you pointed out..  Also sportsbet didn't mention the market clearly.  They gave current game winner as 10th,  when 9th is in progress..

But still I will stress,  they not even mentioned this confusion clearly nor solved any issues properly.

Sportsbet is good on processing instant withdrawals. All withdrawals are processed at lightening speed. But they are really bad on solving issues.

I had a basic simple issue.

I got up, saw your score in your website as Federer down 0-30 at 10th game and you offered 2.05 odds on Federer to win the game. Felt its juicy and did the bet since he is Federer.  Then the next sexond, I switched on the TV to follow the match.  But was shocked to see Federer already the game.  But u still offering him the markets on the game at same 2.05 odds when the result was already established.. I was shocked and complained the same in chat and mails..

Asked u just few things.

1. Check the time of my bet
2. Check the score at that time my bet got placed
3. Check the odds offered at that time
You will see a mismatch.  Your site and market got struck and you offered market on that game even after result established 

A simple basic common sense is enough to solve it

But

On Day 1 after 24 hours, after multiple enquiries,  Got a simple formal mail stating "no issues with the bet with no reasoning answers given for any of my queries "

On day 2,  You simply gave me time frame

" The time when the score was 0-40: 01:47:22 GMT
The time that you placed your bet: 01:47:40 GMT
 
This refers to that you have placed your bet 18 seconds after the score was 0-40 "

From this time frame itself it's clear bet got struck after 0-40. For 0-40 odds wont be 2.05  it will be 3.00. Basic common sense.  Basic betting odds.  Even an amateur know it, at 0-40 odds won't be 2.05.  A player waz clearly losing . But u are again ignorant  and even with this fact simply said all correct

On day 3, you accepted my fact by mailing

"Kindly find below the odds offered for the market 1st Set Game 10 - Winner as per your request below.
Score: 0-30 odds offered 2.05
Score: 0-40 odds offered 2.05

As per your request, we have double checked with our traders and it has been confirmed that the odds for this market has not changed between 0-30 and 0-40.

Well this was my claim from the start,  the market didnt change and it got struck.  You offered market till the game was lost and my bet was struck after loss with unfair odds. 

But u simply said yes odds didn't change from 0-30 to 0-40. Same odds on 0-30 and 0-40  how atrocious  of a reply

Day 4, Since u don't have answers you simply blaberred and mailed me saying
" You did the bet during 9th game. So the odds for 10th game didnt change. Nothing is wrong on our site"

How stupid it is. How childish of a Reply. I did the bet during 10th game.  From your day 2 mail time frame it's clear my bet was placed after 0-40 on 10th game

And if am on 9th game,  odds for Federer 10th game was simple 1.15. It won't be 2.05 because he is Federer not an amateur women qualifier to get service game odds at 2.05 before the start of the game

Day 5, with no understanding of my issues mails again same stuff that I did the bet during 9th game and all fine..

I don't have words.   Laughable  attrocious unbelievable  shit this is.

Then on Day 5 today  spoke on chat for hours with supervisor..

All the hell he did was all correct with our site

check the time frame, the next second i pressed double down .. Offered @ 19:53:15 .. Pressed double down @ 19"53:16 .. So obviously you received my request, you should process it .. If u didnt process its your mistake, connection problem @ your site ..

My job is just to press double down .. If u recieved double down request and knew the time at which i pressed double down, then how its my problem ..

On April 2nd, late night i played bombay club blackjack for the stake of 20 mb..

 My hand is 9+2 = 11, best possible hand and i gave double down .. But nothing happened ..

I was made to stand and lose @ 11 .. I was robbed of 80 mb winnings..

 I just mentioned in chat and felt my winnings will be credited since i thought, sportsbet deals with fairplay..

and played 3 more hands there for 100-200 stakes, all lost and i lost 400 mb in 3 minutes in that table..

and in 1 week, i lost 4300 mb in that exact table ..

Almost every single blackjack hand of mine is a losing hand there ..

No rebate, no compensation , nothing .. Fine .. No problem ..

But atleast i expected the winnings on my double down bet, where i was robbed .. After multiple emails, they said, they will investigate and the investigation result reads as

If i press double down, you should process it .. You acknowledged even the time @ which i pressed double down ? If u didnt process it, then how it will be my mistake ?

My most tennis bets are cash out bets..

 i cant access the site nor cashout, since sportsbet is too too slow @ that time

On quering it, again u accepted site got down at that time and offered me a compensation of just 10 mb for my 270 mb loss ..  

Again without making an issue, i accepted it ..

Forget it .. But i need a solution here .. been 5 days..

Any sportsbook which deals with fairplay, which is trustable, which is loyal to its clients, will credit this 80 mb
