3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ether is about to rally strongly says Wall Street’s Tom Lee on: September 28, 2018, 10:40:58 AM
I agree with him. The crypto market is oversold and almost everyone is pessimistic. Most of the ICOs have already dumped their Ethereum and it seems that the market is dead. It is a good opportunity to buy cheap ETH and wait for the rebound.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 btc to 25 btc till' end of year on: September 28, 2018, 10:37:33 AM
No way it is possible to make 25x in a few months especially in such a bear market. The only chance you would be able to make such returns will be by going all into gambling and hope you will not lose any bets. I don't advise this and now is not the time to make aggressive move and capital preservation is a better strategy in this crypto bear market.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 28, 2018, 10:32:28 AM
West Ham Vs Manchester Utd

This is a game to watch tomorrow as under-pressured Mourinho will need a win to appease the fans and the board after a disastrous cup exit midweek to Derby. On the other hand, West Ham confidence is high after winning big against League 2 team Macclesfield in the cup.
I would place a bet on over 2.5 goals as West Ham is in hot form while United defense is poor. This should be an entertaining and high scoring game.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 - 3 low marketcap coins on: September 28, 2018, 10:27:48 AM
I will go for CLAMS. It used to be worth over 0.01 BTC per coin but it is only worth 24k satoshi now and is listed on Bittrex and Poloniex. Its current market cap is around 5 million. If I have extra money, I would buy some CLAM and sell it off till the next altcoin bull market.

8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: September 26, 2018, 12:20:36 PM
You should not convince people that gambling will be a quick way to make a fast buck. Gambling is profitable only in sports where you can get a slight edge over the bookmakers. In casino gambling, you will most likely lose your money in the long run so if you wants to introduce gambling to someone, you need to warn him/her on the risk he/she is facing.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: September 26, 2018, 12:16:39 PM
I would just dump most bounty token at any reasonable price when it comes into the market. New bounty tokens are always coming to the market so if your bounty token is just another token, it would most likely lose most of its value in the next few months. If you truly believe in the market, you should hold all your tokens.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP price leaps nearly 20%, leaves investors confused on: September 26, 2018, 12:12:24 PM
XRP has gone up by more than 20% today, overtaking ETH in market cap. Hopefully with this rise, new money will go into the alts market and it will be the start of the bull market. I am sick of seeing alts and bitcoin going down day by day for the past few months.

Wow! Man Utd just got KO'd by Derby County, that's a devastating blow for the both the team and Mourinho, I mean, they just lost against a low tier side in the third round of the league cup...what?

I watched the game, and I gotta say, I think Man Utd deserved to get KO, first half was alright, but it was mind blowing just how the team kinda gave up on the attack in the 2nd half, it's like they didn't have any motivation to keep playing, though the red card to Romero didn't help either. Props to Derby County for playing the way they did, 2nd half they decided to go deeper on the attack, and it actually worked as they scored two goals, could've been three and game over if it wasn't for Grant's save in the last 10 min.

This victory could mean a lot to the future of Lampard's career as a manager. Also, what a game from Harry Wilson, only 21yo but what a player.

Derby aren't exactly a low-tier side. They're doing pretty well in the Championship and have a few great players. That free kick Harry Wilson scored was world class and he's a player on loan from Liverpool. United fielded essentially a B-team and nobody really gives a shit about the crappy Carabao cup. United have had lots of losses to smaller teams in such competitions as well. They got beat 4-0 a few years ago in the same competition by MK Dons: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/28847955

Underdogs always have so much more to play for in these competitions but it's probably best United being out of it so they can concentrate on getting back into form in the Premier League.

Now the gap between Championship clubs and traditional big clubs in the Premier League is reduced after seeing Derby upset Man United in the league cup. I feel that the players are not happy with Mourinho and are trying to pressure the board to get rid of him with a string of bad results. I predict that United will not be able to achieve Top 4 given that many of United rivals are performing well.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple XRP Is now NUMBER-2, passed Ethereum on: September 22, 2018, 05:41:46 PM
I notice that ETH and XRP will take turns to occupy the second position on coinmarketcap. In January this year, XRP overtakes ETH in second place before the XRP went under a major correction. ETH then occupied the second place. Now that XRP passes ETH in market cap, does it signal that ETH will start to rally to fight for its position for the spot?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC bear market over????? on: September 22, 2018, 05:23:08 PM
Bear market is still not over yet. Remember the big altcoins pump from April to May this year? Many altcoins went up at least 50% from its March lows and everyone thought the bear market was over. In the end, many people was proven wrong and Bitcoin make new lows and even broke $6000 briefly. I still think there may be a big capitulation before bitcoin can consolidate and start a new bull run.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 22, 2018, 05:12:31 PM
Manchester United again showing signs of not a good football. Six games have passed and no signs of improving. I think it is time for Mourinho to leave Manchester United. He is there from a lot of time now and probably cannot fix things so I wonder why he has not already left.

I knew Manchester United would not win today and did not play it, I simply had an hunch that things may go terribly wrong in Old Trafford just like they did today.

Just when everyone thought Man United is going on a winning run after winning Burnley, Watford and Young Boys in their last 3 away games, United dropped points to a newly promoted team. I knew something was fishy when United odds to win Wolves at home is 1.60. The odds was way too high for United at home against a newly promoted club. I have a hunch that United may not even qualify for the Top 4 this season.

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino Question on: September 19, 2018, 03:52:05 AM
It depends on the type of gambling sites you are planning to open. Dice sites relatively cheap top open but they are saturated and it would be difficult to compete with traditional dice sites like Primedice unless you have money to burn to attract customers from other sites. If you are planning to open up casino gambling or sportsbook, you need ten of millions of dollars to acquire license and lots of capital reserved for withdrawal.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: September 19, 2018, 03:46:56 AM
There is still some edge in sports gambling in the long run if you are good at analysing teams. You cannot expect to win 100% of the time and low odds in sports does not mean that the team will win for sure. I have witnessed where favourites with odds less than 1.10 failed to win so don't bet blindly on favourites.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: September 18, 2018, 02:22:22 PM
Anyone betting on over 2.5 goals for Inter Milan Vs Tottenham match? Tottenham defense is leaky but they have always scored in every Premier League game. Inter Milan suffered a shock loss to Parma despite having a 11 shots on target for that game. This game has a high chance of turning into a high scoring game when both teams defense are weak and I am quite confident that both teams will score today.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This is when I bet all into cryptocurrency on: September 18, 2018, 02:16:34 PM
Bitcoin for some reason refuse to go below $6000. It is no brainer that the price of bitcoin will higher in the next decade but bitcoin fluctuations could kill you if you attempt to trade it. My advice would be divide your capitals into portion and just buy a bit of bitcoin every month.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Mysteries on: September 16, 2018, 04:39:19 AM
I am curious to know whether 'satoshi' is a person or an organisation and why he hasn't cashout when bitcoin has gone up to such a high level compared to the early days.
Did he lost the key to his wallets? I am also interested to know whether any altcoin can replace bitcoin and if it does, how will it be able to take down bitcoin?
