I was reading an article about the Bitcoin's oldest node was Bitcoin Core 0.8.1 which was released on 18th March, 2013 and it is still operating. This is the oldest node of any blockchain network. While for Ethereum, the oldest reachable node according to ethernodes is go v1.4.18, which was released on the 15th of October 2016 but this node is not in sync. The oldest version that is in sync is 1.8.22. >> If the oldest node is still running and in sync then why do we require the new node? What is the difference between the old and the new latest nodes? Every user will have their own wallet choices that suits their needs. In my opinion, it is good to choose a Multi-currency wallet that supports many coins. Instead of keeping different wallets for every coin. It is good to keep coins on a hardware wallet which is more safe than keeping it online.

Even I saw this tweet. It's not a referral, it's generally like an airdrop. We need to follow some steps and we can earn up to 250 ZEL. I got this link where we can see the airdrop details.

I did some research and found Electrum, BreadWallet. Litecoin has LoafWallet which forked from BreadWallet. Are there any other options?
Apart from the wallets you have listed, Copay, Jaxx, GreenAddress, Guarda etc are some of the Mobile wallets that are open source.

Nice experiment. Maybe you can change the subject name so that Newbies and junior members can see and start the topic. Maybe you can write as - "Newbies & Juniors start the discussion on the effect of mining rewards have on the price of Bitcoin"Well it isn't going too well at the moment. Maybe it is too specific. Maybe I should suggest that questions can be asked.
Yes, you can write that no problem if it is not correct and if you have any doubts, you can ask here.

I will post a topic there today, for these 2 videos. They are a good start, and likely won't be redone or edited in anyway in the foreseeable future. I also haven't heard anything problematic that makes them less than valuable, so I'm comfortable unleashing them further. Glad you like them. Edit: Beginners and Help topic created - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5200715.0Thank you for including this topic under beginners section. This will definitely help many Newbies.

So this keyless wallet, what happens if Zengo goes away, where are my keys?
Read here - https://zengo.com/security/ to know more about Zengo Keyless security. There is no point in discussing here about how Zengo works? Anyone can give any suggestions but before using any wallets, one should do a lot of research about that, check their reviews and then only they should use it.

This thread is linked in the main thread by theymos, as the location for additional discussion... why would the OP lock it?? A subject change, possibly, but it's really not that confusing.
Sorry, I didn't know that it is linked to the main thread. Confusing because of the Subject name. Even I was confused while posting my art. I opened this thread to post my art and realised that it is not the main thread. A subject change would probably help!

I think the OP has got the answers for his questions. This thread can be locked now as it creates confusion for new users by seeing the same topic name or the topic name can be changed.

Seriously, cut n paste from zengo website
your security is distributed between your device and ZenGo servers
No ZenGo, Not your coins....
It is not cut and paste, it is the definition of the wallet in my words. How did you find this wallet?
I saw this thread and searched about Biometric BTC wallet and found these wallets. So how safe this wallet is?
I am not sure how safe is this wallet, as I have not used these wallets. It was just a suggestion.

Great @Steamtyme! Good video for Newbies, thank you.
All newbies should watch this video to know how to get started on Bitcointalk. A small suggestion to OP, if this video was posted on Beginners section, then more newbies would have benefited. Can you post this video in Beginners section? Because most of the Newbies come on Beginners section for asking their queries.

I know Zengo wallet provides Biometric 3D Face Authentication and D’CENT Biometric hardware wallet provides Fingerprint Biometric Authentication. - Zengo is the first Keyless Crypto wallet that as no Private keys. It has distributed security between our wallet and ZenGo servers. Even if the wallet is lost or hacked, our assets are safe.
- D’CENT Biometric hardware wallet has built in fingerprint scanner which acts as an additional security for accessing wallet.

I have used Match sticks for doing this image. It is good to see that everyone is showing interest in this art contest and posting their art in different ways. Congratulations to @theymos and Bitcoin forum members for making this forum a success. Also, thanks for organizing this contest.

Good topic but already there are many threads about Merits, Activities, Ranks, Trust and Signature campaigns etc. Creating a duplicate thread will make Newbies to get confused about which one to refer. They can easily see the pinned posts on every board of the forum. The pinned post is more than enough to know the rules of the forum and how it works.

Merits are given by the other members of the forum for the good quality posts you do. For Ranking you need both activities and Merits. Check the Ranking system below - Brand New: 0 posts - 0 merit Newbie: 1-29 activity - 0 merit Jr. Member: 30-59 activity - 1 merit Member: 60-119 activity - 10 merits Full Member: 120-239 activity - 100 merits Sr. Member: 240-479 activity - 250 merits Hero Member: 480 activity - 500 merits Legendary: Somewhere between 775 and 1030 activity -1000 merits Activities and Merits are different and are not related to each other. Activities will be based on the number of posts you do. You can get 14 activities every fortnightly period. Activity is calculated using this formula - activity = min(time * 14, posts) Don't think about merits. You will get merits if you do some quality posts. Post some useful topics, spend some time to contribute on the forum, help the users by answering their queries. This will automatically get you merits.

Project Development is a board for - "Organization of Bitcoin and related projects, bounty campaigns, advertising etc." As per my understanding, this can be treated as an advertisement - This one should be under Goods and Service as you said - And this comes under Service Announcement or Service discussion section - In my opinion, these threads should be moved to the specific sections where it fits.
