first thank you for your input.

"In future don't send coins or fund between exchanges instead withdraw to your personal wallet then fund the new exchange."
Is sending from exchange to exchange slower/riskier or something? I have been sending coins from exchange to exchange and from wallet to exchange. I never had an issue. I deposited some xrp (from wallet and exchange) into my bitforex account previously and it arrived pretty quickly. No issues whatever. I have never had an issue sending from exchange to exchange so i didn't anticipate something like this could happen.
Well, now I know that it's better to go from wallet to exchage.

hi,

im new so im not sure if this post belongs in this section or not. anyways, I need your help. This regards the Bitforex exchange.

A few days ago, i sent 4.5k usdt from binance to bitforex. with binance being the professionals they are, my withdrawal only took around 5 minutes to process. Then I checked  and got the confirmed status of the transaction after 100+ confirmations.

It's been over 48 hours, going on day 3 now, and still NO USDT on my bitforex account. I sent them countless emails and got crickets.

STAY AWAY FROM BITFOREX.

What can I do about my situation? Please, 4.5k usd isn't just peanuts. Any advice would help. Iam really freaking out about this situation.
