It would be a good idea to create your own side website which would serve you as a portfolio (after you'll successfully land some gigs) and a more professionally looking resume. You will have more freedom to represent your skills and motivations on your own website.
I have accidentally came up to an article by vice just recently and started doing the exercises in the morning and before sleep, sometimes. Was kinda surprised that it really works well and calms me down when needed, the technique itself is somewhat straightforward, you have to take 6 seconds to inhale and another 6 second to exhale, which makes for 5 breaths per minute. The article is called "This Breathing Exercise Can Calm You Down in a Few Minutes" if you want to look it up.
The above mentioned statement has some truth in it, most of the free proxies or vpn's are a shady deal indeed. I cannot see a way of how these free proxies etc. are supposed to have enough funds to safely rent or set up secure servers on themselves, not even speaking of transparency and proved legitimacy of the owners of these proxies, which are virtually non-existent. I'd personally go with some kind of tested consumer grade VPN/Proxy server service or with not using a proxy at all and accepting the limitations, as the risks are not worth the rewards really.
However, the intentions of the OP (if these are honest) are nice :].
I was using Firefox for like 8 years or so and recently switched to Chrome. There are no major differences user experience wise for me, excluding the obnoxious ram usage regarding Firefox.
Sleep is certainly not a friend of mine, at least at the moment. I usually manage to get 3-4 hours of sleep at night despite of going to bed quite early for 2-3 days, and crash on 4th day for like 10-11 hours, which is obviously not the healthiest sleep schedule possible. Guess gotta take the exercise game more seriously
