Since pool contains ports with different diff: for NiceHash and for GPU farms, pool was configured according to the official comment of the pool developer. https://github.com/sammy007/open-ethereum-pool/issues/10
The fact that the payment server also uses 2 addresses for payments is not critical, and depends on the specific configuration method.
