Hello everyone,
I am very new on lending service and I have not created any topic before this for lending though I have lended 5 persons off this platforms. I work with a lending company and we offer diverse loans ranging from secured to stock loans.
Our Budget is : 9.49 Bitcoin
Note: I may increase or decrease my budget.
Terms:
1. You must have valid collateral. Only, altcoin is valid collateral to me. I will not take bitcointalk account as collateral anymore as it is forbidden by few reputed forum members.
2. As I will not take account as collateral, you have to agree that once you take a loan from me, you will not take/apply for any other loan from anyone until you repay the loan. Also before the repayment, you would not be able to trade any reversible payment. I mean you can't sell skrill, Neteller, Payoneer, PayPal etc. If you break any rule then it will be marked as loan defaulter and I will ask DT to tag you.
3. Getting a loan from me means you're getting a loan from my company.
4. I can accept or reject any loan application without any explanation.
5. If you want to use escrow I have no problem. But escrow fee is yours if required fees.
6. When I will fill loan application, I will give neutral trust once repaid will remove neutral trust.
7. If collateral goes below terms amount, I will sell collateral to stop loss. You have to check either your collateral falls or not, I am not responsible to inform you or wait more time to be more loser.
8. If you fail to repay on time then 1% charge/ as discussed (for extension) will be applicable.
10. For non collateral loan or loan with bitcointalk account as collateral, feel free to contact me. we also offer unsecured loans.

Can you sign a message with the address that houses the coin? Since you're a newbie with no trade history you will have to prove yourself. If you don't sign a message the community will assume you here to pull a collateral scam. Terms:

There's a contradiction in your TOS. Do you or do you not accept accounts as collateral? I do not accept account as a collateral. |

I'm with shasan on this, you are not the one that you claim that you are. Enjoy the rest of your stay, it won't be long.
I'm not going to sign any f*cking message. I'm ready to use escrow. I will not sign no fucking message. It high time you stop using abusive words here unless it going to be a clash of abusive word between the both of us. Please respect your self and stay cool. If you wish to deal, you bring in your escrow and complete any deal. I repeat myself (to everyone here) i will not sign no fuckin message, come with your reliable escrow and get a loan. I work with a company and i'm ready to share details to serious ones only. Don't you ever come my thread and post abusive words or any sort of fucking shit here. |

The best solution for OP will be to talk to a trusted member who will act as an escrow for collateral. I don't think people will be interested to pay the escrow fees and ask loan from a newbie.
There are other lender already doing their job.
I'm willing to use a reputable escrow as the collateral if needed. Thanks |

It is a good point. If op has this amount then s/he may offer the loan then we may tell him/her or borrower may tell him/her to use escrow for holding collateral. But if s/he has not that amount then we do not need to go to that step. As you know people especially newbie create an account and ask for a loan then loan default on the same way will ask for collateral and will go away (collateral scam).
I would rather emphasis on who will hold the collateral. I used to be a lender here and I know how this people behave. Asking for the address to sign or such things - I think it's their right of choice. If they don't feel comfortable then you can not push them. However you can ensure who will hold the collateral. If you notice my last post then you will see that I know for sure that this user is not going to use an escrow for collateral. I think s/he has no fund if s/he has a fund then s/he could write few of his/her own words. All copy paste from my thread (though I have no problem for that). But as s/he has no fund s/he cant offer loan. As further as I know you started lending when you were a full member and also I know you made a huge loss. How are you sure i do not have to funds to offer? |
